Dirty Rotten Scoundrels Cast

Christine Colgate (Savannah Utterback)
Savannah Utterback is a senior at Monroe City High School. She is very excited to be playing the role of Christine in this musical. Her previous time on stage has included playing Mama in the musical "Dogfight" and Glinda the Good Witch in the "Wizard of Oz." Beyond musicals, she also participates in basketball and is a member of multiple clubs where she serves as president in the National Honor Society and of her senior class. She is very thankful for the opportunity to be in this show and she wants to thank her family for the endless support throughout her theater career! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Lawrence Jameson (Corey Weiss)
Corey Weiss is an active participant in many Monroe City sports and activities. Last year he was cast as The Wizard/Professor Marvel. Corey is excited to participate in this years performance and would like to thank his parents, coaches, and director for their continued support.
Freddy Benson (Beau Lucas)
Beau Lucas is a Junior at Monroe city High School. He has been involved in past musicals as Tinman in The Wizard of Oz, and various parts in Dogfight. Beau is the FFA Chaplain and the Junior class treasurer. He is also a part of the golf team, choir, and he is involved in many other clubs. Beau would like to thank his family, friends, and the MCHS school staff.
Andre Thibault (Korbyn Cheek)
Korbyn Cheek is a junior at Monroe City High School. He is excited to be playing the role of Andre in this production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. This will be Korbyn’s first time performing in one of the Panther Players productions. Korbyn participates in Cross Country and Track, and is a member of many clubs and organizations where he serves as our FFA chapter’s parliamentarian. He is grateful for this opportunity to be in this production and would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him in this new endeavor. He hopes you can have a good time and enjoy the show.
Muriel (Sophia Mudd)
Sophia Mudd is the daughter of Cathy Mudd. She is a member of the dance team, science club, book club, choir, nhs, and performed in the National FFA Chorus this year. She also spends her time dancing at Fabulous Feet in Monroe City. This is her second production with panther players. She participated in The Wizard of Oz last year as an ensemble member. She would like to thank her family for supporting her and her cast mates for making this experience memorable.
Jolene (Anna Barnes)
Anna is a junior at Monroe City High School. She is excited to be in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels as her second production with the Panther Players, her first being the Wizard of Oz (Aunt Em). Anna is a Monroe City FFA officer, a member of the MCHS Dance Team, book club, science club, and NHS. She loves to spend her free time with her friends and pets. Anna would like to thank her family for always supporting her, especially her brother Matthew.
Lenore (Madeline Gomez)
Madeline Gomez, the daughter of Megan Gomez and Kory Horstmeyer, is currently attending Monroe City HS as a junior. She has two younger brothers, Korgan and Kylan Horstmeyer who she spends a good majority of her time with. Maddie is involved in NHS, book club, STUCO, FFA, and science club. She is the junior class secretary, science club secretary, and the FFA assistant parliamentarian. Maddie has been on the dance team since her freshman year. This year is her first year participating in the school musical. Maddie would like to thank her grandparents, Garry and Pat Gupton for always being her biggest supporters. She would also like to make a huge thanks to her little brothers, Korgan and Kylan, for being her little sidekicks. Finally, she would like to thank all of her family and friends for providing such amazing support and encouragement throughout this process.
Sophia (Julie Ryan)
Julie Ryan is a Junior at Monroe City High School. She is very excited to be playing the role of Sophia, and many other ensemble characters in this year’s show. Julie has also been on stage for “The Wizard of Oz.” Beyond participating in Panther Players, she is involved in many other things. Julie is involved with the Monroe City Dance Team, along with the Marching Band where she is a Drum Major. She is also involved in the Monroe city Choir, NHS, FFA, Cheer, and many other clubs. She is very thankful for her friends and family, along with endless supports from those around her! Julie would like to thank you, and hope that you enjoy the show!
Croupier (Abigail Weiss)
Abby Weiss- Abby is in her first Panther Players production, she is a freshman, she is a part of the Quiz Bowl team. She would like to thank her family and friends for how far she has gotten, and the cast for being so amazing.
Conductor/Waiter (Jack Thompson)
Jackson Thompson is a new member of the Panther Players. Jackson is a captain on the Monroe City High School Cheer squad, he is also on the Gem City All-Star Senior Competitive Cheer squad. He has been a part of Book club, and is a part of Art club, National Honors Society, National Technical Honors Society, & Nation Association of High School Scholars.
Nun (Sierra Beaver)
Sierra Beaver is a senior at Monroe City High School. Her previous experience involved being an ensemble member in the musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”. She plays the roles of Renee, a police officer, and various other characters. She is also a member of MCHS FFA, Cheerleading, Art Club, and is involved in her church. Sierra would like to thank her parents, siblings, and friends for supporting her through it all. She hopes that everyone enjoys the show!
Hotel Manager (Rylee Watson)
Rylee Watson is the daughter of Brad and Christine Watson, she is a junior at Monroe City High School. She is super excited to be in the production Dirty Rotten Scoundrels as it is her first with the Panther Players. She is a member of the MCHS Dance Team and attends dance classes at the Fabulous Feet Dance Studio. At school she is in Choir, Book Club, Science Club, FFA Office, A+ and NHS. She would like to give a huge thank you to her parents for supporting her throughout everything and her cast members for showing up every day and pushing her to do her best with this production!
