He is the co-founder of the award winning Wheelhouse Theater Company in New York City and teaches at Sam Houston State University. Arianna DayArianna Day is a native Houstonian with a 15-year career as a freelance stage and event manager, working on numerous productions throughout the Greater Houston area. With a deep respect for storytelling and the magic of live performance, she infuses each project with vision and heart. Returning to Mighty Acorn Productions feels like coming home, as she previously worked on "Motherhood Out Loud" and "The Outsider." This year, she co-founded Blackstage, a Houston-based collective aimed at uniting, uplifting, and empowering Black theater artists through collaboration, connection, and shared purpose.

Mark LewisMARK A. LEWIS, has designed scenery and lighting for close to 300 theater productions over the last 33 years in his
hometown of Omaha, NE as well as with many theaters in his current home of Houston, TX. Mark currently is the
Regional Operations Manager for the Southwest Region of Broadway Across America. Some favorites designs are
Lighting Design for Almost, Maine for Mighty Acorn Productions; Godspell (scenery, 2001; lighting, 2017), Arsenic
and Old Lace, Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure, 12 Angry Men, and John, His Story at A.D. Players; Miss
Nelson is Missing and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (ballet) at Omaha Theater Company; The Miracle Worker at
University of Saint Thomas; Appropriate, August: Osage County (finalist, 2023 Houston Theater Awards,) Misery,
Clybourne Park, Talk Radio and A Lie of the Mind for Dirt Dogs Theatre Co.; Mrs. Warren’s Profession and The
Marriage of Figaro at Classical Theatre Company; Bright Star for Klein Oak HS (2019 Tommy Tune winner, Best

She has trained through IDC (Intimacy Directors and Coordinators) Professionals and TIE (Theatrical Intimacy Education), bringing consent forward practices into the rehearsal room and performances throughout Houston.
