Keep The Arts Alive At MHS!

Dear Theatre Patron,

Providing an arts-infused education has countless benefits for our students.  Merrillville High School provides our students with opportunities that many other schools don't offer, giving our students a head start in their collegiate and professional careers.  Unfortunately, those benefits come at a cost that is not covered by the school.  All funding for the MHS theatre program comes from ticket sales, fundraisers, and generous donations from patrons like you!

You may think that your donation won't help much, but any amount can help us cover production costs for our play.  Here's an example of what your donation can help us cover:

$5 = one 2x4

$10 = rental fee for one costume

$25 = one 4x8 sheet of ¼" luan

$75 = 5 gallons of paint

$100 = three 4x8 sheets of ¾" plywood

$350 = license fee for one performance

Please consider adding a donation of any amount to your ticket purchase so we can continue to provide our students with the high level arts education that they deserve!
