The Mark Twain Society is proud to present NEWS FROM THE FRONT, a humorous monologue about simultaneously enduring breast cancer and divorce, just to name a few. Sarah Whitten-Grigsby, playing herself, saves her own life more than once by clinging to her sense of humor. In this half-hour version of her one-hour piece, Sarah takes us through a time of crumbing emotional and personal foundations leading to ultimate rediscovery of her true self. Sarah is delighted to be a member of the Mark Twain Society ensemble.

The Dutch Experiment is the story of one chapter in a life of music that took her to Europe and beyond as an opera singer, comedienne, and Cabaret performer. Diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease, she infects us with her spirited determination and resilience as she continues her journey.
