Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds allowed.
All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of live theatre and limited seating, we are unable to offer refunds. However: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability). Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. Missed performances (no-shows) are not eligible for refund or exchange. In the event of a cancelled performance, patrons will be offered an exchange or refund.
Late Policy
Just like Nemo’s journey across the ocean, our show has a beginning, middle, and end! To avoid creating waves, late guests will be seated at a pause in the performance.
