STOPPING HERE
Four Robert Frost Narrative Poems Adapted for The Stage
By Lynne Gannon
Directed by Liv Fassanella

Many of Robert Frost's narrative poems are written as dialogues between two characters, these four narratives are carefully adapted from Robert Frost’s original poems, with no additions and very few deletions. Researched, chosen and scripted by playwright Lynne Gannon these four poems (all from the North of Boston collection) tell separate, unrelated stories, but are linked by common themes: rural life, strained human relationships, miscommunication, death and the persistent emotional isolation of individuals.
