A Winner of eight 2019 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Score and Best Orchestrations, Hadestown is an intriguing and beautiful folk opera. Like the full Broadway version, Hadestown: Teen Edition follows two intertwining love stories- that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of immortal King Hades and Lady Persephone.

Hadestown: Teen Edition is a full-length adaptation of Anais Mitchell's international phenomenon Hadestown, modified for performance by teen actors for family audiences.

Madonna High School is a small parochial school located in Weirton, West Virginia.  We are true to our faith through the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston and pride ourselves on our culture of excellence through leadership.

When I first walked into my technical theater class, I thought it was going to be uninteresting. However, I noticed that it wasn't just about learning how to handle lighting and sound, it was about understanding the magic that happens behind the scenes.
