With the help of her fellow sisters, Sister Robert Anne stepped into the director's hat for Nunsense 2. Really, she just herds the cats, providing organization to the artistic chaos. This show has been a group effort, with everyone helping direct.

Sister Mary Hair-on-Fire has been an integral part to LVP since 2013. A director once forced her on stage and she almost jumped off a balcony. Needless to say, we will never cast her in a show again. She is brilliant behind the scenes and no show would be possible without her.

Sister Mary Melody is very excited to be part of Nunsense 2 as musical director with the Port Ludlow Village Players. Catherine’s musical background includes many years as a church music director as well as past musical direction for several shows at the Jewel Box Theater in Poulsbo, the Port Gamble Theater and the Port Ludlow Village Players. Catherine wants to thank her husband Bruce and her two cats Skrat and Marianne, for always supporting her musical passions.

Sister Patricia (Patt) E. Cakes is very thrilled to be back with the Ludlow Village Players. You might have seen Christie as Pierre Marceau in “Murdered to Death” last year. Christie also participated in Ludlow Village Players “Holidays at the Bay - It's a Wonderful Life” and “Ripcord” staged readings. Christie lives in Port Ludlow with her husband, Geoff, and their cat, Davy. Be prepared to be iNUNdated with laughter, amusement and perhaps you'll tap your toes a little! I hope you enjoy the show!

Sister Mary Dancing Queen IS BACK!!! With over 16 years of experience teaching and choreographing dance in Port Townsend and the Seattle area, Kelly McNees has been a vibrant part of the local arts scene. You may also recognize her as the vivacious “Elizabeth Hartley Trumpington” from LVP’s production of Murdered to Death, and her choreography in Nunsense 2!! Her past acting credits with Key City Theatre also include memorable performances in "Dracula" and various shorts in the Playwrights' Festival. She also spent many years featured in the “Follies” musical theatre reviews. Kelly is a true local arts fan having grown up in Port Townsend. Brother Where-Art-Thou moved to Port Ludlow in the spring of 2023 with his wife Christie and their cat Davy Jones. After spending 40 years at NOAA it was time to unplug from the daily grind and find local volunteer opportunites. Furtunately for this Brother, LVP was looking for help behind the scenes, welcomed him in and quickly made him feel like he was part of the team. He has been running LVP's sound board and serving on it's Board of Directors since 2024. This is an amazing group to work with and we're always looking for more creative, energetic folks to join us!

Sister Sparky earned her BA in technical theatre from Colorado State University and balanced working as a theatre professional with working to earn a living wage until life circumstances forced her to concentrate on non-theatre work. She moved to Port Ludlow in 2023 and, after a couple of decades away from the stage, is very happy that her new chapter in life can include theatre work once again as part of the Nerd Herd team.

Since he was recruited in college to play Grandpa in You Can't Take It With You in 1966 when the actor who was cast left for Canada to avoid the draft 10 days before opening, Brother What You See is What You Get? has been involved in stage theatre. It became his job as Tech Director and Resident Cast Actor at Cavalier Dinner Theatre in Norfolk, Virginia and during his last year in the Army at Fort Carson Little Theatre where he won an award for best set design in the Army for Jesus Christ Superstar in 1971.  More recently, he has designed and built sets for Kitsap Children's Musical Theater and North Kitsap High School's Drama Club as well as acting and set work at Jewel Box Theater, Port Gamble Theater and Ludlow Village Players.  His favorite recent work was the design and building of the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car at PGT and the sets for Nunsense I and II at LVP.  Major kudos go to his wife, Sherry, who is a great crafter and artist in her own right, for her support, input and handiwork.

Sister Myopia has called Port Ludlow home since 2005. She has been happily married to her husband, Don, for 58 wonderful years. Together, they cherish their family, which includes two granddaughters and six great-grandchildren. Their beloved Yorkie, Putter, and cat, AliKat, keep them on their toes. She had the pleasure of working with the cast of Nunsense I as Sister Myopia, running the spotlight. She’s thrilled to be back for Nunsense II, once again lighting up the stage—this time from behind the scenes!
