Exchange Policy Thank you for choosing to attend our events. We value your patronage and strive to provide a unique and memorable experience. Due to the distinct nature of each event and the absence of a regular set season, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges for purchased tickets.

Late Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, and to minimize disruptions, we have a 5-minute late seating policy. General admission ticket holders may enter up to 5 minutes after the event starts, but after this period, entry will not be allowed. VIP ticket holders must arrive on time, as their tickets may be resold after the 5-minute window, resulting in forfeiture of their seats. Please note that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed events. To ensure a smooth entry process, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. LiveArts Santa Fe – Audience Member Waiver & Terms of Purchase (Effective upon ticket purchase – applies to all LiveArts Santa Fe ticketed events) By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself and any additional attendees for whom I am purchasing: 1. AGE RESTRICTION I understand that some LiveArts Santa Fe events have age restrictions (e.g., 21+). I confirm that I, and all attendees under my purchase, meet the stated age requirement for the event. I understand that failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of entry without refund. 2. CONDUCT POLICY I agree to conduct myself respectfully toward other audience members, staff, performers, and venue personnel. I understand that disruptive, aggressive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, at the discretion of LiveArts Santa Fe or the venue. 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live performance or public event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, emotional distress, or property loss. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless LiveArts Santa Fe, its board, staff, contractors, volunteers, performers, and venue partners (“RELEASEES”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise. 4. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY I understand that all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by LiveArts Santa Fe. If I cannot attend, I may contact LiveArts Santa Fe to explore alternate options, though no accommodations or exchanges are guaranteed. 5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF EXTERNAL POLICIES By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge and agree to the following official policies available at www.liveartssantafe.org/policies: Media & Likeness Release Policy (photo, video, and audio) Force Majeure & Cancellation Policy Accessibility & Accommodation Policy I understand that these policies apply to my attendance and are part of this agreement by reference. 6. LEGAL AGE & AUTHORITY I affirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
