The Lost Virginity Tour Cast

Melanie reentered the theater scene in Germany after her husband asked if she could step in for a fellow actor who could no longer play a part. Since then, Melanie has been in The Addams Family (Alice), The Christmas Carol (Ghost of Christmas Present), Baby: The Musical (Pam), Legally Blond, The Dixie Swim Club (Jeri Neal), several one acts, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and two LTW Halloween shows. This is her fourth performance stateside since returning home to Kansas City. When she’s not singing, she’s working with two year olds, crocheting, caring for her husband, two girls and a hound dog.

Ann has a B.A. in Theatre from Avila College and a PhD in Archaeology from KU. She has performed extensively since the age of 7 in a wide range of roles, including drama, comedy, musicals and improv. This is her fifth show with LTW, having worked with them since 2022. She also teaches the LTW improv workshops and is a member of the Board of Trustees. This cast and crew is absolutely incredible, and the chance to play this role is a blessing. Thanks to everyone who comes out to support local theatre. You make a real difference!

Alexa is excited to be joining The Little Theatre of Weston again for this show! Alexa has been a part of a number of community theater productions in the area, most recently performing in the Christmas Radio plays with Bell Road Barn Players, as part of the Halloween fundraiser concert for Little Theatre of Weston, as the Queen in Weston Community Theatre's summer production of Cinderella, and as Charlotte Hay in LTW’s production of Moon Over Buffalo last year. When not on stage, Alexa is a clinical pharmacist at a local hospital, a loving wife, and the mother of three active daughters. She would like to thank her family for their love and support.

Mary Jane has been involved in theatre her whole life. She is a founding member of Olathe Civic Theatre and is a member of Weston Community Theatre and Little Theatre of Weston. Some of her favorite roles are Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, Rosie in Mamma Mia and Ethel in Moon Over Buffalo. Mary Jane is a former French and Spanish teacher and resides in Weston with her husband Pat, sister and several animals. She is very excited about this show!

Lori has spent the past six years with Main Street Theater Belton Missouri as resident Stage Manager. Lori also Assistant Directed MSTheater’s production of Deathtrap as well as Director for Sunshine Boys and God’s Favorite. She recently portrayed Mother Superior in Terry Smith’s Drinking Habits. Having seven children (eight if you count her husband) gave her an insight for dealing with a couple of rogue nuns, but her favorite role was as Martha Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace. Lori is thrilled to join Little Theatre of Weston in their production of The Lost Virginity Tour!
