The Hunchback of Notre Dame Cast

Caleb Wnorowski (Quasimodo)
Caleb is a senior in the human development and psychology program. He has had the privilege of graduating from The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater in 2017. Since then, he has preformed in many roles most notably the Black Stache in Peter and the Star-Catcher, Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods, and the Mechanic in Middletown. Caleb is excited and honored to play Quasimodo in this production of the Hunchback of Notre Dame! He would like to thank Carissa Hawksworth for always championing him, his Mother for always supporting him and God for always being for Him.
Danielle Cipriano (Esmeralda)
Danielle is making her debut on the LPU Arts stage for her last semester at Life. For the past few years, she has been an assistant choreographer and music director in high school theater productions— shout out to Rio Hondo Prep! —and she is honored to get back on stage with this wonderful cast and crew. Danielle would like to express deep gratitude to her family, her kingdom friends, and her biggest fan, Steve Martin (not the 78 year-old legend), for always believing in her. PRAISE GOD!
Calvin Welch (Captain Phoebus de Martin)
Calvin is proud and excited to be a part of LPU Arts’ production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Musical theater has brought joy to his life since he was a teenager, and he has performed many different roles in productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Young Frankenstein, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Annie, and Singin’ in the Rain. He’d like to thank Maren Plog for teaching him how to drown, Eric Bailey Jr. for throwing blueberries at him when he deserved it, and Talar Arslanian for reminding him to open his mouth when he sings. Most of all, he’d like to thank these three for the lasting impression that they’ve left on him, and how the ways they've shaped him still live on to this day.
Chandler Sargent (Claude Frollo)
Chandler is a Junior at Life Pacific University, currently enrolled in the Worship, Arts, & Media program. He works not only as a resident assistant on the third floor of Cadanau Hall, but also as the WAM Representative. This will be Chandler's first show playing a lead character, and second production at LPU overall. Chandler would like to first thank his girlfriend Bri, his parents Robert & Kathy, and his brother Alan for their continued support in his life. Additionally, he'd like to thank his bosses, Steven Felix-Jager and Luke Kosmas for their continued encouragement and mentorship in Chandler's life. On top of that, Chandler would like all of his friends who have immensely improved his life, whether they're on his floor, co-workers of OSL, staff at the Loop, or fellow castmates. Lastly, Chandler would like to thank Carissa & Andy for their ability to teach Chandler what it means to grow and dream beyond the limits of what Chandler thought was capable.
Joshua Casis (Clopin)
Joshua is super excited to be stepping into the shoes of Clopin! However, he is really excited to be sharing the stage with his dearest friends, who just happen to be seniors, and is honored to be a part of their senior year musical! HUGE shoutout to Carissa, Brianna, Chandler, Calvin, Anthony, Nyree, Hailey, and Hannah for being his greatest supporters, fans, and friends he could ever ask for. Brianna De La Huerta (Gargoyle)
Brianna De La Huerta is in her final semester at Life Pacific University and is happy to share the stage with some of her best friends as well as her boyfriend, Chandler. This is her second production with the LPU Arts, with her debut show being The Three Musketeers. She has thoroughly enjoyed getting to be a gargoyle in this production, and she’s like to thank her friends and family her boyfriend Chandler, and the rest of this amazing cast. She hopes you enjoy watching this show as much as she did being a part of making this show come to life.
Anthony Brunske (Jehan Frollo + Gargoyle + Ensemble)
Anthony Brunske (Jehan Frollo, Gargoyle, Ensemble) is super excited to be in his second show with LPU! He formerly played the role of Cardinal Richelieu in The Three Musketeers, and this is his first time being in a musical! He is a junior at LPU, majoring in Biblical Studies, and enjoys doing improv and playing solitaire every now and then.
Jordan King (King Louis)
Jordan is a senior in the biblical studies program here at lpu. Previously he was D’artagnan in “The Three Musketeers” and Ted in “Peter and the star catcher.” When graduating he wants to seek to know Yahweh as friend, to know Him as much as He can be known.
Benjamin King (Fredric + Ensemble)
Benjamin King has returned to theater at LPU to participate in his second show and his first musical. He is having fun participating in something new and hopes to do a good job. He would like to thank the cast for putting on such a great show and for all their hard work. He would also like to thank his family, his girlfriend and his friends for being supportive of him and his endeavors.
Tasheem Breazil (Saint Aphrodisius + Ensemble)
Tasheem is a junior at LPU majoring in Human Development and Psychology. This is his second production that he is a part of. He lastly played Lord Lennard Aster in Peter and the Star-catchers. He loves being a part of these shows. He really enjoys seeing to growth in both others and himself. Tasheem believes that it is a blessing to be a part of these shows and his favorite part is spending time with his cast members and of course Carissa Hawksworth.
Justin Moore (Father Dupin + Ensemble)
Justin is back yet again for his fourth theatrical production with LPU.  Justin, a Junior in Human Development and Psychology.  He is excited to see what God does through this production, and to be part of telling the story of a still outcast and hated people.  Justin would like to appreciate and honor the mentors that God has put in his life at LPU, Specifically Carissa Hawksworth and Marcus Robinson, who have pushed him out of his comfort zone and to those who have shown him how to care for those who are overlooked and hated by those around them.
Elijah Leonard (Official + Ensemble)
Elijah is a ministry major and senior at Life Pacific who is in his first ever production (or three if you count his two elementary school performances). He also loves to sing and to have a good time, so he had to take his last chance of being in one of LPU’s extraordinary productions during his last semester as a student. Also, he wanted to give a special thanks to his awesome wife, Olivia, who put up with his constant practice of singing around the house.
Angelique Crees (Florika + Ensemble)
Angelique is very new to theater as this is only her second show. She enjoys growing in the technical art of theatre but most importantly loves the laughter and joy shared on stage with her cast. She hopes to have improved on her acting skills and hopes there will be many future performances to come.
Megan Clark (Ensemble)
Megan Clark is a senior at LPU studying ministry. She has been involved in theater on and off for the past 7 years and has been involved in over a dozen shows. This is the 5th show she has been a part of at LPU. She has loved getting to know this cast both as a castmate but also through the creation and alterations of their costumes as well. As her last semester at LPU approaches she is so thankful she has got to work under such an amazing director such as Carissa Hawksworth.
Abigail Dyer (Ensemble)
Abigail Dyer has been performing in theatre productions for most her life. This is her second performance with the LPU Arts program, following her debut in The Three Musketeers. She started out with Shrek the Musical Jr. and was in many more productions, her favorites being Mamma Mia, High School Musical, and Robin Hood. As an aspiring actress, she considers this a stepping stone in her professional journey. Abigail is supported by her family back home and her LPU family here.
Alyssa Rodela (Ensemble)
Alyssa Rodela is a Sophomore and is majoring in Biblical Studies. She has performed in plays during her middle school years, but this is the first time being in a college play. She would like to thank her parents for supporting her in many ways while going here to Life. And ultimately thank the Lord for bringing her here to LPU. Fun Fact about Alyssa is that she owns two Golden Retrievers named Butterball and Ginger.
Kylie Casino (Ensemble)
Kylie Casino makes her debut into the world of theatre with this production. She has always enjoyed the arts all that it entails. She has loved being apart of this community of creative people and is excited to participate in more productions. Kylie values this season where she has begun to learn new skills and build long lasting friendships. Kylie feels she is being supported and surrounded by loved ones.
Clarissa Macias (Ensemble)
Clarissa makes her debut to this stage. This is her first official production, and she has really enjoyed the experience. She enjoys singing and dancing and is very grateful to God for this opportunity. She would like to thank her family, best friends (Kanye, Koen, Salma, & Samara), and friends for their support. She hopes you enjoy the show :)
Brianna Frank (Ensemble)
Brianna is a third-year junior in the Worship Arts & Media program. She was in the LPU production of Into the Woods as Little Red Riding Hood. She would like to shout out her husband for supporting her and encouraging her through school.
