Lenoir Community College Foundation
It is a privilege for the Lenoir Community College Foundation to be a small part of this wonderful production of Irving Berlin's White Christmas. We believe the arts are vital to the quality of life in Lenoir, Greene, and Jones Counties. This production was conceived as a way to offer cultural opportunities to our students and the community, and as a way to enhance the LCC Scholarship Program.
Why do we need additional scholarship funds? Hundreds of students in our area are not able to afford a college education. It is through scholarships that students are given the chance to gain an education that will improve their critical thinking proficiencies, creativity, interpersonal skills, sense of social responsibility, and earning potential. Without our scholarship donors, many of our citizens will not get these opportunities.
For these reasons and more, we value our donors’ generosity and appreciate their help in growing scholarship funds for deserving students. If you would like to help a student get an education or support the Fine Arts Department, please call 252-233-6812.
With the talent at LCC, the talent in our community, and your support, there is no way we can lose.
