Brittany GoodI am the Dance Teacher for all levels here at Lugoff-Elgin High School! I graduated from East Carolina University with a BFA in Dance Education and a BA in Hispanic Studies. I am originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Choral Director
Micheal JohnsonI have directed the advanced singers in three successful Madrigal Dinners, a Yuletide feast, play, comedy, and concert all in one, and helped as the musical director in L.E.'s musical's. I received me Master of Arts in Teaching in performing arts, with an emphasis in choral conducting from the University of Charleston, and completed my undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition.

Art Instructor
Jessica King My love of art started in 7th grade while living in Germany and continued throughout high school. I studied art at New Mexico Military Institute. I then went to New Mexico State University where I studied most of my Art disciplines for a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree but met the man for me. We moved to Montana and I settled with a Bachelors of Art in Art emphasis in painting from the University of Great Falls.

Theatre Director
Mary O'ConnorI am thrilled to be able to help grow the theatrical community of LEHS. I have been participating in theater for over fifteen years. I love directing, lighting, and set design. I graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in Theatre and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Trauma-Informed Education from Columbia College, SC.

Nathan WoodsI was born in Sylva, NC only to grow up in upstate SC. I graduated from UofSC with a Bachelors in Music Education in May 2020 and I get to be one of the Band Directors with Glenn Price and Kevin Flower I like to cook and play video games in my free time. Making music with other people is my absolute favorite thing and I feel privileged to get to do what I do every day!

Art Instructor
Alan RichesI am here to help you achieve your artistic goals. Whatever your artistic interest, I will do whatever I can to help you explore, investigate, and experiment so that you grow as an artist.
Education is the purpose of my classroom and I work hard to create a environment that is creative, in
spring, fun yet challenging. All I expect in return is your best efforts, an open mind, hard work and dedication and of course large thirst for learning. Bring me that and I can help you!
