Kaylene Clark
Kaylene Clark is an emerging young artist of 29 years from Fresno, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree Cum Laude in Vocal Performance from Fresno State in the spring of 2016. While at Fresno State, Kaylene received numerous awards, including the Dorothy Renzi Vocal Scholarship – A scholarship to recognize outstanding young singers and was continuously recognized, as she graduated with honors from the College of Arts and Humanities. She then went on to finish her Master of Arts Degree Summa Cum Laude in Educational Leadership from California State University, San Diego. Vocally, Kaylene made her Walt Disney Concert Hall debut with the Fresno Youth Orchestra in 2013, singing the role of Octavian in the Final Trio from Der Rosencavalier. She then returned to the Walt Disney Concert Hall as a Mezzo-Soprano Soloist in Symphony No.2 by Gustav Mahler in 2016. In addition to her return to Disney Hall, she has been accepted to numerous prestigious opera programs, such as the Berlin Opera Academy and the Brooklyn Opera Institute where she started as Mercédès in Carmen and Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro. Kaylene has also appeared in numerous opera productions with the Fresno State Opera Theatre program such as Toni in The Secret of Luca, Mercédès in Carmen, Florence in Albert Herring, Suzuki in Madama Butterfly, and Olga in Eugene Onegin. Her latest projects include singing locally with performances in the Fresno Pacific Artists Series in addition to several performances with the Fresno Master Chorale. Kaylene’s true passion lies with serving children and teaching music to students from diverse backgrounds. She hopes to utilize her performance experience and upbringing as motivation for students and educators for many generations to come.

Janeen Tugas
Miss Janeen is a current dance instructor at CenCal Dance Studio. She began dancing at the age of 6 at Terry Clark Dance Centers. Throughout her time at Terry Clark Dance, she first trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet and was a part of the competition team for 2 seasons. Janeen then went on to study with Clovis East High School’s Dance Repertory program for 2 years. Post college, Janeen began to train with D&J Dance Company in 2017 and became a company member in 2020. She currently trains in contemporary & lyrical, jazz, jazz funk, ballet, and hip-hop. Janeen started teaching Hip-Hop for Kaye Migaki in 2018 and motivates her the students step into their confidence and grow their love for dance. Her favorite part of teaching is watching her choreography come to life through her students. Janeen plans to continue to learn and train in more areas of dance and to perform for several years to come. Janeen also hopes to explore other creative projects with choreography for other genres in dance.

Tyler Bradford
Tyler Bradford is excited to be directing another show with Kids Can Sing! Tyler has recently performed in Waitress, Beautiful: The Carol King Musical, A Christmas Story The Musical, Sugar: The Some Like It Hot Musical, Our Town, and Legally Blonde The Musical at Good Company Players.

Heidi Powell
This is Heidi Powell's third large production with Kids Can Sing. Heidi's a seasoned interior designer and project manager with years of crewing experience Past shows she has designed for include: A Tribute to Walt Disney (Spring '24) and The Wizard of Oz (Summer '23). Heidi's daughter, Quinn Powell is Maleficent in the Rotten Cast performance of Descendants and has been a Kids Can Sing Member since first being established in 2022.
