Hadestown Teen Edition Cast

Amaya is a Senior here at IHS and this is their 5th production here. Previously they have been seen as Lilith in She Kills Monsters, Ms. Norbury in Mean Girls, Fraulein Kost & Frenchie in Cabaret, and Mustardseed in Midsummer. When Amaya is not rehearsing, they enjoy watching movies and logging them on letterboxd, photography, making films, expanding their DVD collection, and getting lost in random places with their best friend. Amaya would like to thank their momma da goat Czarina, best friend Rylee, the film freaks, siblings for the endless support throughout these years for their passion of the arts.

Kyle Repman is a Junior here at IHS and this is his 5th production with us. Previously he was seen here in Cabaret as Victor, Puffs as Cedric, Mean Girls as Mr. Duvall and Aaron Samuels, and She Kills Monsters as Chuck Biggs. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing video games, and watching movies. He would like to thank his mom, his sister, Chelsea, and the vocal coach Quyen.

Edward Luong is currently a senior at IHS and this is their 5th production here. Previously he was in Mean Girls as Damien, Puffs as Justin Finch Fletchly, She Kills Monsters as Orcas and Cabaret as Bobby. When Edward is not rehearsing in the theater, he enjoys sleeping, looking at cats, and playing games with his friends. Edward would like to thank his parents and friends for being very supportive of him during this production.

Jada Reyes is a senior here at IHS and this is her 4th production. Previously they were seen as ensemble in The Lightning thief, lulu in Cabaret, and Gretchen in Mean girls. When she is not rehearsing she likes to go on runs, go to the beach with her friends, and go on hikes. She would like to Thank her best friend Lesly Rosas for constantly supporting her and encouraging her. She would also like to give a big thanks family for continuously supporting her and motivating her. Lastly she would love to give a very special thanks to her very best friend and other half her mother. Who has been the most prominent person in helping her become successful, and staying up whenever she was tired to help her memorize and practice her songs. She would not be anywhere without her. Audrina is a senior at IHS. She has been in over twenty-five productions, but Hadestown will be her fifth with Independence. She previously performed at Independence as Regina George in Mean Girls, Harry Potter/Susie Bones in Puffs, Fräulein Schneider in Cabaret, Clarisse in The Lightning Thief, and was the co-director for Avenue Q. Some other past favorite shows include Newsies, Urinetown, Something Rotten!, Amélie, and The Prom. She is also a member of IHS’s IndepenDance and participated in Anastasia with Manhattan Concert Productions. In her free time, she enjoys writing music and going out/spending time with friends and family. She would like to thank everyone who supported her in her journey to her final musical in high school.

Brianna Choy is a senior at IHS and this is her 2nd production with us. Previously she was in Mean Girls as Taylor Wedell. When she is not rehearsing, she enjoys building lego sets, playing the double bass and making origami creations. She would like to thank her parents, as well as Tammy, Nic, Aldrin, all the Fates, and all her friends, for their unwavering support!

Ma Angelica Santiago is a freshman at IHS and this is their first production with us. In her free time, she enjoys anything music-related (e.g. playing/learning instruments, singing karaoke, etc.), drawing, and talking to her friends or new people. She would like to thank her family, her friends, and all the fates for encouraging and supporting her.

Huyen Ha is a senior here at IHS and this is her 2nd production. Previously she was seen in She Kills Monster as Vera and the Beholder. When she is not rehearsing, Huyen enjoys anime, manga, and delicious food. She would like to thank her family for encouraging her, her mentor Tiffany Liu, her beloved co-workers Nora and Angela, and her friends: Ashely Pang and Ashraf Mohammed for always being there!

Emelina Sonia-Lopez is a Freshman at IHS and this is her second production here. She was previously seen in She Kills Monsters as Kailope. When she is not rehearsing, she enjoys swimming, singing and playing with her cat. She would like to thank her mother, Rachel Garcia, and her father, Luis Gutierrez for all the love and support they give her for everything she does.

Isabel Reinke is a Senior at IHS and this is her 8th production with us. Previously they were in Puffs as Xavia Jones, Mrs. George in Mean Girls, Fritzie in Cabaret, and many more! Isabel has alone done The Christmas Cookie Shop as Barnabas Bad Guy at The Great Dickens' Christmas Fair (2 times)! When Isabel is not rehearsing she is yapping about guys, doing tarot card readings, and speech and debating. They would like to thank Ria, her bestie-westie, Rose, their parents, SVUDL, Mrs. Edwards, and many others!

Aleah is a Sophomore here at IHS and this is her first production. Aleah is a member of the Dance Ensemble, and is Dance Captain in this production. When Aleah is not rehearsing she enjoys choreographing, reading, and baking. She would like to thank her family, and friends, especially her stepdad for encouraging her to keep on singing.

Cristina Curiel-Flores is a junior here at IHS and this is their 1st production with us. In theirthey free time they enjoy reading, playing video games, and hanging out with friends. They would like to thank their family and friends for supporting them and Mr.Hennessy for not letting them give up.

Sian Nguyen is a freshman at IHS and this is her 1st production with us. In her free time, she likes to draw, animate, and play video games with friends. She would like to thank her family (especially their mom) for supporting their effort, and her friends for always being there throughout the whole process.

Cori Lane is a sophomore here at Indy. This is their 7th show at Indy and 12th over all. Their favorite shows have been Puffs, SpongeBob the musical, Techies and Aladdin. They enjoy teching and often tech shows at the Milpitas community theater such as Wonka, Matilda, Little Shop of Horrors and Madagascar. In their free time they like to touch grass, play games and watch musicals/plays They would like to thank their production classmates and family and they think you should listen to Urinetown, Assassins and Spring Awakening Right Now.

Olivia Chen is a freshman at IHS and this is her 2nd production. She was previously seen as Kelly in She Kills Monsters. When she is not rehearsing, she likes to listen to music, read mangas and talking to her friends. She would like to thank her family, friends, and her best friend Diandra for always being there and supporting her.

Jaycylyn is a Junior at IHS and this is their 4th production with us. Previously, they were in Puffs as Earnie Mac & Voldormorte, Mean Girls as a Mathleate and She Kills Monsters as Evil Gabby. In their free time, Jaycylyn enjoys drawing, talking with friends, and playing video games. They would like to thank their friends and family for being so supportive throughout everything.

Ludvin Solano is a sophomore at IHS and this is his 2nd production with us previously they were in She Kills Monsters as the Great Mage Steve. When they are not rehearsing Ludvin enjoys playing electric guitar and bass. He would like to thank his friends: Cori, Kimberly, Sienna, Marcus

Samantha Cuenco is a Freshman student at IHS and this is her first production with us. When they are not rehearsing, she enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with friends. She would like to thank her family and friends for the support they have given towards her work on this project.

Vivian Millan is a freshman here at IHS and this their first production with us. In their free time, they enjoy drawing, baking and sewing. THey would like to thank their friends and family

Milani Jimenez is a Freshman here at IHS and this is their 1st production with us. In their free time they enjoy drawing, shopping, and going out. They would like to thank both their immediate and extended family for all of their support, their dog, and also their friends.

Dayana Rodarte is a Junior here at IHS and this is her 1st production with us. In her free time she enjoys playing “work at a pizza place on roblox”, shopping, and spending time with Family. She would like to thank Her family and friends for always supporting her and all they do for her.

Marisol is a sophomore at IHS. She enjoys cheerleading and dancing. This is her 1st production at IHS

Divine Kancsar is a Junior here at IHS and this their first production with us. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and significant other as well as her family. She would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her.

Gabriela Argueta is a Sophomore here at IHS and this is her 1st production with us. In her free time she enjoys playing games, shopping and spending time with family and friends. She would like to thank her parents , friends and family for always being there for her.

Mariana Sepulveda is a Senior here at IHS and this is their 2nd production with us. Previously they were seen here in the ensemble for mean girls and idance concert /talent show productions. In their free time they enjoy practicing ballet in her pointe shoes, driving around while listening to music for fun, and walking around target with a pocket full of money. She would like to thank herself for her dedication and hardwork

Isabella Barrera is Freshman at IHS and this is their 1st production with us. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, ballet, and cooking. She would like to thank her parents for being very supportive and her ballet teacher, Ms. MC for being there as well as her cats.

Roswen is a senior here at Independence high school, she is in the ballet class with Ms. MC and this is her first time being in a musical. She enjoys singing and dancing with herself and others. She appreciates her family and friends.

Julieta Ramirez is a freshman here at IHS and this is her 1st production with us. In her free time she likes to play softball, listen to music, and dance folklorico. She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her.

Estrella Rivero Santamaria is a Junior student at IHS and this is her 1st production with us. Previously they were in Band as a flutist and seen in various Latinx Student Union Folklorico performances. When they are not rehearsing, she enjoys cooking, binge watching movies, and going shopping. They would like to thank her parents for always supporting and loving her.

Julia Yatziel Barrios Garcia is a junior here at IHS and this is their 1st production with us. In their free time they enjoy doing is going to the gym spending time with the people I love and working. They would like to thank my family friends and teachers for everything that they do.

Paola Dela Rosa is a freshman here at IHS and this is her first production with us. In her free time she enjoys running, thrifting, and social networking. They would like to thank her mom, and sisters for their support.

Kaitlyn Tran is a junior here at IHS and this is their first production with us. In their free time they enjoy reading graphic novels, eating and listening to music. She would like to thank her family for being there, and her friends, Leticia, Ryan, Eileen, and Justine for enduring her for so long.

1st time performer Elysia Mone Moreno is a Junior here at IHS and this is their 1st production with us. In their free time they enjoy I love eating, playing fortnite and hanging out. They would like to thank my mom love ya!

Abigail Longoria Perez is a senior here at IHS and this is her 1st production with us. In her free time she enjoys practicing for all of her dance classes including idance, eating, and spending time with friends either going out or indoors. She would like to thank God for giving me many opportunities and helping me improve in dancing, my brothers for always motivating me and being proud, Mariana Sepulveda, Evelyn Gasca, and Aurora Herrera.

Aurora Herrera is a Junior here at IHS and this is their 1st production with us. In their free time they enjoy baking, cooking, and wrestling. They would like to thank God for everything, my mother who always supports me, my friends who support me, and Abby.
