Chicago (High School Edition) Cast

Velma Kelly (Lauren Schiavone)
Lauren Schiavone is a senior this year. She will be attending Loyola Marymount University next year to study Film and Television Production with a minor in Theatre Arts. Lauren's favorite roles at Hudson High include Sophie in Mamma Mia, Jane in Mary Poppins, July in Annie, and Ariel in The Little Mermaid. Lauren is super thankful for her amazing directors and cast! 
Roxie Hart (Morgan Weatherbee)
Morgan is a junior in high school and has been singing and performing for over nine years. Her first show began with The Wizard of Oz Jr. with the River’s Arts Alliance Summer Theatre program when she was seven, and she has fallen in love with performing ever since. Morgan has gone on to play some of her favorite roles, including Scar in The Lion King Jr., Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka Jr., and Warner Huntington III in Legally Blonde Jr. Morgan is so thankful to the entire cast and crew of Chicago for making this entire experience so special, and is so excited to return to live theater to share her love of the arts to the community.
Billy Flynn (Chase Bolduc)
Chase is a sophomore who started performing in plays when he was 6 years old. His first show was with the River's Edge Arts Alliance summer camp. Since then he has played Jafar in Aladdin Jr., Maurice in Beauty and the Beast Jr., and Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid Jr. When he’s not busy performing in shows, he enjoys playing basketball for HHS, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies. His favorite movie is 2001: A Space Odyssey, his favorite actor is Leonardo DiCaprio, and his favorite musical is Les Misérables.
Matron Mama Morton (Ashley Bryan)
Ashley, a junior in high school, began acting in the fifth grade and ever since has participated in theater productions both in and out of school. Some of her favorite roles have included Simba in The Lion King Jr, Grizabella in Cats, and Jimmy in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Ashley has had so much fun creating the character Mama Morton in this production of Chicago and is thankful for the cast and people behind the scenes who have made this show so special. She is excited to represent Drama Society as this season’s treasurer and is looking forward to whatever comes next.
Amos Hart (Parker Metherall)
Parker is a junior and is thrilled to have a leading role. He has been doing theater since middle school. He can be found working at the movie theater when not at rehearsal and loves writing and drinking tea
Fred Casely U/S Billy Flynn (Rory Marshall)
Rory Marshall started getting involved in theater in middle school and since then has performed in 7 shows and worked backstage for 2. He did not participate in any shows during the pandemic, but is back to being involved and very excited to perform in Hudson High School’s production of Chicago this spring! He has been preparing to play Fred Casely and to be the understudy for Billy Flynn, which he is nervous but also very excited for. Rory is very interested in all kinds of art and has loved drawing and painting his whole life, so he also loves doing set/prop design and creation when working backstage.
Mary Sunshine (Annadelia Ruminski)
Annadelia Ruminski has been involved in theater since she was seven. Her first show was in a theater camp, River’s Edge Arts Alliance. Her favorite show that she performed in the camp was Frozen Jr. the Musical where she played Young Elsa. She has also done theater in middle school and due to COVID, her only performances at Quinn Middle School were Honk! Jr. the Musical, where she played Billy (A duckling), and All The Bases, where she played Delia. This year will mark her first year attending Hudson High School, and she is so excited to perform in Chicago!
Martin Harrison (Elliot Olynciw-Olkuski)
Elliot Olynciw-Olkuski has been doing theater since middle school and loves the stage and performing. With his highschool career interrupted by covid and moving he is excited to perform in his first live Hudson Highschool Musical.Some of the parts he has enjoyed playing the most include Bottom from Midsummer's Night Dream at the METG, and Mufasa from Lion King with Camp Center Stage. He always hopes the audience enjoys his shows at least half as much as he did making them.
Liz U/S Velma Kelly (Isabella Morais)
This is Isabella Morais. Bella is 17 years old and she has been dancing since she was two years old and has been doing theater since the fifth grade. Her favorite color is dark green and she has two adorable little dogs named Abby and Kita. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, and taking very long naps. She also really enjoys runs to Dunkin's while blasting music in the car. Her favorite artists are Tyler the Creator and Chase Atlantic. She is super happy to be in drama society and cannot wait to see what happens in her next year of high school.
June (ThuyTien Nguyen)
Thuy-Tien Nguyen is a sophomore and plays varsity soccer and track & field for HHS. She has been doing drama productions since 6th grade, her first show being Superheros: With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility. Thuy-Tien loves to perform, especially acting ever since then and has continued to join plays and musicals until 8th grade. She recently picked up theater again and Chicago will be her first high school musical; she also performed in the 2022 class competitive plays. Besides theater, she’s been playing the piano for about 10 years which gives her more appreciation for all elements of performing.
Mona U/S Roxie Hart (Amelia Dufour)
Amelia is a Sophomore and has been doing shows since she was 8 years old. She began theatre with the Rivers Edge Arts Alliance summer shows, her first being The Wizard of Oz Jr. She loves to dance and has been doing so at Center Stage Dance Studio for 12 years. Her first show at Hudson High was Mamma Mia! She attributes her love of theatre to her music-loving family and flamboyant personality. Amelia is known as an optimist who always has something to say. She is always full of energy and enjoys spending time with her Drama Society family.
Annie (Cassia Andrade)
Cassia Andrade is a junior at Hudson High and has been performing for six years and counting! Growing up she has always been a very outgoing soul and she tried for years to find a purpose that fit her personality. It wasn't until 6th grade when she first stepped on the stage she knew where she was meant to be; a part of theater! She has been doing theater ever since and has never looked back as it's her second home! Cassia is extremely eager to perform in Chicago, especially because the pandemic stole a year's worth of performances. She feels so ready to be back on the stage!
Hunyak (Angelika Dries)
Angelika is a sophomore at Hudson High School. A left-brained individual at heart, she's danced, sung, and acted all her life. Although she's performed in theater since she was 6, this is her first high school musical. In her spare time, she likes to ski, draw, and play video games.
Go-To-Hell-Kitty (Olivia Downin)
Sophomore Olivia Downin has been acting since 8 years old. Her first show being the Wizard of Oz with River's Edge Arts Alliance. She is passionate about singing and dancing, she has danced since 5 years old and sang since 8 years old. Her first show with drama society was “Getting This Close” where she won a reward for best actor in a supporting role. She looks forward to continuing acting with the Hudson High School Drama Society.
Sergeant Fogarty U/S Fred Casely (Dylon Medeiros)
Dylon Medeiros is a high school junior that has been involved in several shows and musicals. Starting in 7th grade, he caught an interest in theater and began to perform in three shows that year, including Ed in The Lion King Jr., and then continued to perform in the 10th grade as supporting roles in both The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and The Little Mermaid. He loves the theater as it’s an expressive way to tell a story, from the movement to the dialogue and especially the music. The community and friendships Dylon has made through theater are ones he cherishes very deeply and he hopes other people can find ways to connect with each other through their own interests.
Judge U/S Martin Harrison (Marcos Godoy)
Marcos Godoy is a hilarious and enthusiastic person and performer. He has been doing theater since sixth grade. Marcos thrives off of good energy and loves slaying with his friends. He loves celebrity gossip and is always in tune with pop culture and pop music. Writing and directing short films is his hobby when he is outside the auditorium. He lives by his own quote which is “If you don’t reach for the stars, a meteor will fall on your head!”. Marcos is a caring individual that would give you a hand if you were about to fall off a cliff.
Aaron/Cellblock Swing (Abi Stone)
Abi Stone has been doing shows for a little over four years now. Her favorite colors are green and light purple. Her favorite musical has to be Newsies or Chicago. She has six pets; two guinea pigs, two cats, and two fish. She plays volleyball for the Hudson High School, and really enjoys it. The first musical she ever watched was The Adamms Family at the Hudson High and that is what inspired her to start auditioning for school shows. She dislikes math but loves her biology class.
Harry U/S Amos Hart (Colton Johannes)
Colton is a very tall freshman. He has been seen most recently onstage in his role at the business man in Tracks and in the 9th grade class play, which he helped to write.
Veronica (Tae Bairos)
Tae Bairos is a 8th grader at Hudson High and is thrilled to be in Chicago. Tae has never been in a musical but has done 11 years of dance which included musical theater! Trying out many new things this year they are also on the HHS Varsity Cheerleading team which has just became silver medalists in States!
Ensemble (Isabel Brown)
Isabel Brown has been doing theater for around six years, whether it’s been a show or a drama camp. She loves to act, sing and dance, and talk to her friends. Her favourite musical is Hadestown, though she likes a lot. She likes to chill out in her free time and read books. She has two cats and a sister. Isabel is both an introvert and an extrovert. She also loves to take pictures and edit them. Isabel likes to watch movies and or TV, more specifically speaking, comedy, romance, rom-com, action, sci-fi in some cases, mystery, drama, etc.
Ensemble (Ayden Bockweg)
Ayden is a huge drama geek and a self-taught singer. He’s been doing plays all his life and to this day he’s still going strong. He’s also been singing for his entire life and still improving. He hopes to travel around the world one day sharing his musical talent, and hopefully go to an art school to further his career. He’s very friendly and loves to talk to people if you want to come up to him after our show! He says to know, never to give up on your dreams for the future. Hard work can get you there, he’s sure of it. Stay optimistic out there everyone!
Ensemble/Cellblock Swing (Louise DeLima Heinrichs)
Louise is a Sophomore at Hudson High, who’s favorite hobbies are drawing/painting, volleyball, and reading. She has always been interested in theater, but didn’t have the confidence to audition until now! This is her first show and she’s very excited. Louise has a major interest in music and art, she loves to sing, dance, paint, and constantly listens to music. Although she is mainly in the Ensemble for this show, she wishes to try harder and aim for a bigger role. Something you might not know about her is that she speaks Portuguese and English fluently and is currently studying a 3rd language.
Ensemble (Lizzie Mansen)
Lizzie Mansen has been involved in theater since her 5th-grade year. Her first show was King Richard II where she played King Richard. She has been in a choir since 1st grade, and loves to sing in her freetime. Lizzie has been in eight shows including two virtual shows during the pandemic. She is very happy to be back on stage in person this show season, her favorite place to be is on stage with her friends. She is very excited to be an ensemble member in Chicago.
Ensemble U/S Mama Morton (Lucas Micciche)
Lucas is a theater nerd who has been in 16 plays and musicals, some of his favorite musicals are Come From Away, Hamilton, The Greatest Showman, and Dear Evan Hansen. He is a very flamboyant and eccentric person, who will never say no to sequins or flowy trains. One of his favorite characters he has been cast as is jaybird in Quinn middle schools production of honk Jr, back in 2017. Recently he has won the award for best actor in lead role for his performance of Harold in the 9th grade class play, which he helped write with his other 9th grade cast mates
Ensemble U/S Mary Sunshine (Audrey Reardon)
Audrey is a newcomer to drama society and recently made her acting debut as the best friend, Mary, in the 9th-grade class play called #CATFISHED which she helped write. She also won an honorable mention for her acting in this play. She enjoys musical theatre and some of her favorite musicals are Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and Heathers. She also enjoys reading and hanging out with her friends. She is also in the Hudson High School band where she plays the flute. She is in the drama society’s production of Chicago in the ensemble and as the understudy for Mary Sunshine.
Ensemble (Vitoria Sales-Gomes)
Vitoria Sales-Gomes has been involved in theater for 4 years now. Her last show was in 2019 and she’s so excited to be back for Chicago. This is her first high school musical and she’s extremely eager for this next step in her theater experience.
Ensemble (Juliet Speredelozzi)
Juliet is an 8th grader who just started doing musical theater. Her first musical was going to be Into The Woods in middle school but that was shut down due to covid-19, but she still wanted to do theater so she started doing it more in high school.
