About Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga comes to the House of Hope Park!
Join us for a joyful summer evening of gentle outdoor yoga, laughter, and playful interaction with friendly goats. Whether you are an experienced yogi or simply looking for a unique way to unwind, this relaxed class invites you to stretch, breathe, and connect with community in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Location: The park at 749 Portland Ave. located one block north of House of Hope Presbyterian Church.

What to expect:

  • A 45-minute yoga class taught by a certified instructor while adorable goats roam freely, playing with one another, visiting you, and jumping on your back while you exhale deeply.
  • A class that is beginner-friendly and suitable for people with or without previous yoga experience.
  • A 15-minute cuddle, a great time for photos and goat-friendly poses, follows the yoga session.
  • Lighthearted fun, curious goat companions, and complimentary summer refreshments.
  • Bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement outdoors.
  • The class will move indoors at House of Hope in case of bad weather.

Two classes offered: 

  • 5pm for ages 8 and up, or 
  • 6pm for ages 18 and up
  • please make sure you purchase tickets for your preferred class time.

Space is limited. Advance ticket purchase required.
