Director/Technical Director
Christopher MichaelChristopher Michael teaches the performing arts at Henry High. He was the associate artistic director and vice president of Phoenix-Ravenwing Theatre Co. in Pennsylvania. He is also a writer and awesome cat dad.
Drama Club Advisor/Producer
Kaytie KamphoffMs. Kamphoff (she/her) has been teaching English at Henry High School since September 2015. She became Henry Drama Club advisor in 2018 directing her first and last performance, Into the Woods. Ms. Kamphoff is an avid supporter of local theater, world music traveler, and Henry Drama Club's biggest fan.
Assistant Director
Elizabeth XiongElizabeth is the assistant director for drama club. She works with all the actors and is also a helping hand on stage work. She provides care for everyone and brings fairness to the team. She also performed as "Judy" from Night of the Living Dead and gave an amazing performance!
Assistant Technical Director/Set Design
Layla CavinLayla was set painter for Night of the Living Dead Live! and is currently working an internship with Stages Theater Company's production of "All American Boys" at the Capri Theater.
Stage Manager
Yuki RogersYuki is the Henry Drama Club stage manager. She has stage managed for the fall production Night of the Living Dead Live! She also has experience being the Assistant stage manager for Peter Moore's production of The Family Line at the Capri theater. She thoroughly enjoys her role and hopes to continue in the future.
Light Designer
Emily ThaoEmily is a senior this year and is a self-taught expert using our Element 2 LED lighting system.
Sound Designer
Jason BucklinJason Bucklin (he/him) is the LGBTQ Program Coordinator with Minneapolis Public Schools. Prior to his work with MPS, Jason worked as a sound designer for theatres across the Twin Cities. Outside of MPS, Jason is a photographer with a focus on uplifting and celebrating LGBTQ performers and artists.
Sound Engineer/Foley
Leila CharlesLeila is a sophomore this year. She ran sound for Night of the Living Dead Live! last fall, and is excited to do live sound effects for this show.
Properties Manager
Arrow YangArrow goes by They/Them and is a sophomore in high school. They're willing to do anything to help out with the crew or cast members. They are very cool as cast member Jace says.
Music
Lynn HuLynn has over 20 yrs. experience as a musician, actor, and improviser. She has performed on stages across the Twin Cities as well as in China, but you can find her as a regular at HUGE Theater. She showcases her versatility as an artist by leveraging her classical piano training in musical improv performances. She also dabbles in singing/songwriting on guitar/piano, and loves to play tennis and volleyball.
