Beauty and the Beast Jr. Cast

Belle (Caroline)
Caroline is so excited to be in her first Hannah Beardsley Musical! Caroline has been in The Tale Of Two Cities and Seussical. When she is not singing, she is dancing, hanging out with friends, playing soccer, practicing violin, or getting Starbucks! She is so grateful to work with such an amazing group of humans, including directors, cast, and crew. Caroline would also like to thank her family, especially her grandmother, who supports her through all her musical adventures! She hopes you have as much fun watching the musical as everyone had putting it together. Lets go!! <3
Beast (Matthew)
Matthew is so excited to be in his second year of the Hannah Beardsley Musical. In 6th and 7th grade he did not get to perform due to covid so in 8th grade he looks forward to finally putting on a show. He has liked doing theater for a long time and hopes to continue in high school.
Maurice (Brad)
Brad has the role of Maurice (the father of Belle) in Beauty and the Beast JR. Brad has done many Raue Center for the Arts classes and big productions. These include A Christmas Carol 2019 and Schoolhouse Rock Live JR 2020. His favorite part about acting is the process that leads up to it and meeting many people that share his same interest. He hopes that everyone enjoys the show!
Gaston (Matthew)
Matthew is a 8th grade student at Hannah Beardlsey middle school, some of the shows matthe has been in the past inculde Matlida, Joeseph and the Magic Technicolor Dream Coat and a few other shows. This is his first show for HBMS and is very excited to apart of this years show. Some of Matthews hobbies outside of singing and acting are playing football, hanging out with friends and playing games. Matthew would like to thank all the crew for their hard work and the costum designers for helping Matthew put those interesting vests on.
Lefou (Annie)
Annie is a 7th grader here at Hannah Beardsley and is excited to be apart of this production! His previous musical experience includes Little Cosette in Les Miserables, JoJo in Seussical, and Marta in Sound of Music. Annie enjoys singing, playing trumpet, and drawing. He would like to thank the all the directors and cast for making this great musical experience possible.
Lumiere (Josh)
Josh is excited to perform in his first middle school musical. He has been taking acting classes at the Raue Center School of the Arts for the past 4 years. He has also starred in SchoolHouse Rock Live! Jr as George and in A Christmas Carol as Peter Cratchit. In his free time, he can be found hanging out with friends or playing football. He would like to thank his parents and teachers to help him get as far as he has in his theater career.
Cogsworth (Noah)
Noah is excited to be in his first production at Hannah Beardsley MS. He is in 6th grade and first fell in love with acting during his second grade musical. Noah has performed in Seussical the Musical Jr., Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Schoolhouse Rock live Jr., and multiple productions of The Christmas Carol at the Raue Center. He would like to thank the directors, cast, and crew for all their hard work on this production!
Mrs. Potts (Emily)
Emily is an 8th grader at HBMS. In 6th grade Emily was going to be in the production of The Little Mermaid but unfortunately a pandemic got in the way. She is very excited to be Mrs. Potts in this year’s Beauty and the Beast Jr. She loves to be active and enjoys sports like gymnastics, soccer, cross country, and track. She also enjoys singing, dancing and acting. She is so happy she got to be a part of this year’s musical because it has truly been an experience that she will never forget. She really hopes you enjoy the show!
Babette (Emma)
Emma is so happy to be a part of this year's musical here at Hannah Beardsley. She has been acting since she was in fourth grade, and loves being out on stage and making people smile. In her free time, she also enjoys practicing aerial silks and taking singing lessons. Emma is thankful for all the amazing people who made this show possible!
Chip (Maddie)
Maddie is a 7th grade student at Hannah Beardsley. She has done School House Rock and Christmas Carol at the Raue Center in previous years. She has been acting since 2019. Maddie enjoyed spending time with the cast in the rehearsal process. She loves being outside and hanging out with friends.
Madame De La Grande Bouche (Claire)
Claire is excited to perform Beauty and the Beast, at HBMS. She is in 8th grade and has always loved to perform in musicals. Claire enjoys singing, dancing, acting and hanging out with her friends. Claire is so thankful to play Madame De La Grande Bouche and is very thrilled for this opportunity. Claire would like to thank the directors, cast, and crew for an amazing performance.
Enchantress & Enchanted Servant (Chloe)
Chloe is overjoyed to be apart of the musical this year. They have been acting since third grade, and overall have been apart of over 8 productions, including Seussical and The Little Mermaid, here at Hannah Beardsley. She has enjoyed making great connections with the other cast members and will continue to do theater in high school. Chloe would like to thank the crew and directors for being so kind and truly making this performance a reality!
Prince & Enchanted Servant (Ayden)
Ayden is a great kid with a big heart. He cares for all his peers, has high standards for himself, and always tries his best to make others happy. He is the 'Prince' this year in the musical. He loves acting and being in big musicals like this. Ayden hopes that everyone watching enjoys this year's musical, and wishes everyone a lovely day.
Narrator 1 & Villager (Averie)
Averie is so excited to participate in this year's Beauty and the Beast. She has been singing and doing theater since 2nd grade. Averie has appeared as Mrs. Mayor in Seussical, Louisa in The Sound of Music, and more! She has also been singing at Encore Music Academy for about Six years! Averie enjoys hanging with her friends as well as singing and listening to music. She would like to thank her Directors, Parents, and cast/crew for putting this musical on! Enjoy!
Narrator 2 & Villager (Isla)
Isla is excited to be in the HBMS musical this year! She has been acting since 3rd grade. She has been in three plays, many school musicals, and lots of dance performances. And she dances at Judith Svalander school of ballet. She enjoys acting, dancing, being outside, and playing piano. Isla would like to thank the cast, crew, and directors for all there hard work and dedication!
Narrator 3 & Villager (Zoe)
Zoe, a 6th grader here at Hannah Beardsley, plays narrator 3. She has taken singing lessons for 6 year, did dance for 4 years, and is super excited to be apart of this year's musical. She has been to the McHenry County Fair 4 times. And hopes you all have a great time!
Narrator 4 & Villager (Ellie)
Ellie is in 6th grade and is delighted to be in her first musical here at Hannah Beardsley. And she can't wait to perform in years to come. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, acting, gymnastics, and baking. Ellie would like to thank the cast, crew, and directors for putting on such an outstanding performance!
Silly Girl (Mia)
Mia is so grateful that she was given the opportunity to be in her first musical here at Hannah Beardsley. She made her debut in the musical industry in Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, at CLCHS in 2018. Mia has been a cheerleader with the Praire Ridge JR. Wolves for the past 4 years, and was on the HBMS 7th grade conference volleyball team this year. She is so excited to see this performance come to life after everyone's hard work and dedication. Mia would like to thank Miss.Sebastian, Mrs. Kwayzer, and Mrs. Kellerman for everything they have done for her and for this show. She really loved working with them and the cast, she had so much fun! Silly Girl (Molly)
Molly is very excited to be in her first musical in middle school. She's been acting since she was little, playing Rafiki in The Lion King, Thing 2 in Seussical, a choir kid in the high school production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and much more! She loves making new friends, singing, dancing, and just being fun! She would like to thank her directors for putting together such a great cast and performance, her parents and friends for supporting her, and her cast mates for making this experience such a great time.
Silly Girl (Lila)
This is Lila's 3rd year at Hannah Beardsley and her second musical here. This year she was cast as a Silly Girl and she is so excited. She was also cast in The Little Mermaid before the world shut down in 2020. Lila can not wait to see the result of all the hard work of the cast and crew.
Silly Girl (Emmie)
Emmie is very excited for this performance. She loves acting and singing. At home she loves to play piano and write her own songs. She has been in some acting camps. She was in Frozen jr as Anna.
Silly Girl (Bella)
Bella has done many plays before and is very excited to be in the first Hannah Beardsley show since Covid! She does many things like drawing, singing, dancing, and performing. She is very happy to perform Beauty and The Beast for you, the audience!
Silly Girl (Emma)
Emma is excited to be in her first musical. She has never acted before except in her second grade play, and has little experience but is eager to learn everything she can. She loves reading, acting and photography and is proud to be a Hannah Beardsley Bear!
Monsieur D'Arque & Villager (Charlie)
Charlie is in a tizzy to be in his second musical at HBMS. He has been in The Little mermaid, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamCoat, and now Beauty and The Beast. He enjoys playing football, singing, and Hanging out with his friends. He wants to thank everyone who made this show possible, the cast, crew and directors.
Book Seller & Villager (Kemi)
Kemi is excited to be in his first musical in Hannah Beardsley. He has done choir throughout all of the elementary school. He is in band and loves listening and playing music. His other interests are archery, basketball, swimming, and spend time with friends. Kemi would like to thank cast and crew for a great performance this year.
Villager (Lucille)
Lucille has been in her school plays in 1st grade (E-I-E-I-oops!) and 2nd grade (Hats!). She has also been in a rewrite of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, an abridged version of Pippen, and Seussical Jr. Lucille is very excited to be part of this year's musical. She likes singing, acting, music, and pizza!
Villager (Emily)
Emily is excited to be back on stage for the frist time in several years! Her previous theatrical performances include Chicago Youth Theater's production of The Lion King, Shrek, and Disney on Broadway. Emily was also thrilled to be in the children's choir for Crystal Lake Central's spring musical, Joseph and the Amazing Techniclolor Dreamcoat! As a sixth grader, Emily is honored to be making her middle school stage debut as the Baker in Beauty and the Beast. Emily would like to thank her Mom, Dad and sister Madeline for always attending her performances and supporting her in all that she does. She would also like to thank her extended family and friends for encouraging her to pursue her passion for the performing arts!
Villager (Vivienne)
Vivienne is happy to be in her first musical at Hannah Beardsley. She is in 6th grade and has previous experience in ballet and tap. She enjoys reading, drawing and hanging out with her friends. Vivienne would like to thank everyone who helped put together Beauty and the Beast jr. and is excited for everyone to see the show.
Villager (Isabelle)
Isabelle is thrilled, extremely excited, and confident about being in this year's Beauty and the Beast Musical! She has been acting since she was 10 when she was in her 5th grade Musical and a narrator for her 5th grade talent show. Isabelle enjoys hanging out with friends, acting, singing, playing the piano, reading, and writing! Isabelle would like to thank the Cast, Crew, and Directors for putting on an excellent show this year!
Enchanted Servant (Mia)
Mia is exhilarated to be in this year's musical at HBMS. She has performed several roles in things such as "Pippin", "A Christmas Carol", "Virtually Ever After", as well as smaller acting and singing roles over the last 4 years. She has a blast playing video games, acting, singing, & reading.
Enchanted Servant (Emma)
Emma is so excited to be apart of the B&B musical. She has been in the Moana and Frozen plays with the park district. She loves to do origami and loves to craft. Emma wants to thank her family for supporting her in the audition process!
Enchanted Servant & Wolf (Morgan)
Morgan is excited to be in their first musical here at Hannah Beardsley. They have been dancing since they were 5 years old and is currently dancing at Cary grove performing arts center.They also have had some prior play and musical experience. They love hanging out with friends, baking, reading, and sewing. They would like to thank the cast, crew, and directors for this amazing experience!
Enchanted Servant & Wolf (Frankie)
Frankie is excited that she got into the musical, she is a servant.She was in the musical Little Mermaid but then Covid happened and canceled the musical. Frankie likes to hangout with friends, play the ukulele and makes sweets. This is Frankie's last year at Hannah and can't wait to do the musicals in high school and in the future. Frankie would like to thank her family, cast, crew and everyone that helped with the show.
Enchanted Servant & Wolf (Faye)
Faye is super excited to be in her first Hannah Beardsley musical. Faye has been in Oliver, Joseph and the Technicolor dream coat, Tale of two cities, The Chronicles of Narnia, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, The Nutcracker, and Encore musical theater. She has been acting and singing since kindergarten. Faye enjoys singing, hanging out with friends, and watching movies. She would like to give a big thanks to all the directors, crew, and cast for being amazing and putting on a great show.
Enchanted Servant & Wolf (Charlie Ann)
Charlie Ann is so excited to be apart of her first ever musical at Hannah Beardsley. In 5th grade she was apart of the winter musical. She loves teaching Zumba with her mom, dancing with her friends and going downtown after school. Charlie Ann would like to thank the directors, the amazing cast and crew and most of all her family for supporting her through everything.

Jocelyn is so excited to be in Hannah Beardsley's production of Beauty and the Beast this year. This will be the first musical she has ever been in and is beyond excited. Anna is so excited to be in her first musical at Hannah Beardsley. She has attended theater camp at Crystal Lake Central and has participated in Seussical Jr. and Disney’s Frozen Kids. Ben is very excited to be in Beauty and the Beast at Hannah Beardsley. Ben has done Pippin and Willy Wonka through the Raue center. Ben enjoys building Lego's model, railroading, hanging out with friends, and playing video games. Ben had lots of fun and hopes that everyone enjoys the show!
Enchanted Servant (Kelly)
Kelly is really excited for this year because this was her first time trying out for Hannah Beardsley's musical! She has been doing band for four years and did choir for four years as well! She has been in multiple concerts, and plays throughout elementary school through middle school. She enjoys hanging out with friends, acting, volleyball, running, etc! She is very excited to be in this year's musical!
