Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be granted after the purchase of tickets (unless cancelled by Habersham Community Theater). ​ Please arrive early. The theater is open one hour before showtime, and the house opens 30 minutes before showtime. Our shows are usually sold out with a waiting list, so if you have not checked in with the box office 15 minutes before the curtain opens, we may give your seat to someone on the waiting list. If tardiness is unavoidable, please call the box office at (706) 839-1315 so that we can ensure that your seat is reserved for you. If you find you are unable to use your ticket, please let us know in advance so that we can seat other patrons. Out of respect for the other patrons and the actors onstage, patrons arriving late (after the show has started) will be seated during the next scene change.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, a House Manager will seat you at the earliest appropriate time during the performance, usually at the end of a scene or musical number. Out of respect for the performers and other audience members, you will be asked to wait in the lobby until the appropriate seating break.
