Now serving in his third year as Artistic Director for GTW, Micah is thrilled to bring Into the Woods to life again. This is one of his favorite musicals and the powerful and beautiful story of this production will, he hopes, both move and inspire you.

Avery is a Stage Manager with Directing tendencies. This is his 8th production with GTW! His favorite fairytales are any that involve witches, or Cinderella. He has experience with woods after his years of walking the 40 Acres in Austin to attain his degree from The University of Texas at Austin, hook ‘em. He is also an avid Survivor fan so he knows how to survive in the wooded jungle of Fiji from the comfort of his couch.

Ariel Ross is thrilled to join the Creative Team for Into the Woods. She has previously choreographed Greenville Family Theater’s productions of Newsies, Mary Poppins, Frozen Jr., The Music Man, and Anastasia. She has also choreographed Nunsense for Main Street Theatre, and was most recently a dancer in Shining Star Productions’ White Christmas in Sulphur Springs. During the day, Ariel is a math and dance teacher at a local high school. She is excited to see Into the Woods come to life this season!
