About The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again]

Wildly comical, eccentric, and a bit outrageous, this high-speed chase through Shakespeare’s thirty-seven plays will leave you in tears of laughter. Can our madcap troupe of students really cover all the comedies, histories, and tragedies in just under 90 minutes? Maybe not, but it’s certainly fun to watch them try.

Originally produced by Reduced Shakespeare Company. The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] is produced by special arrangement with Broadway Play Publishing inc, NYC www.broadwayplaypub.com

Gonzaga College High School

The Gonzaga Dramatic Association (GDA) stages two shows each academic year—one in the fall and one in the spring. Over the years, the GDA has staged everything from comedies and dramas to mysteries and musicals. Its members are involved in every aspect of the productions—they build and paint sets, design and sew costumes, serve as stage managers, operate the spotlights, and, of course, act, sing, and dance on stage.

All of the GDA's performances take place in Gonzaga’s Sheehy Theater, the oldest continually-operating theater in the original federal district of Washington. Built in 1896, it has hosted at least one production every year since. In 2013, the 800-seat theater was completely renovated, incorporating state-of-the-art technology and equipment as well as a two-story Theater Arts Center with a set construction shop and mirrored rehearsal space.
