Joseph is happy to be making his Ghostlight debut after several false starts due to knee replacements, Covid and proximity! He has acted, directed and designed in local theatre for over 45 years. All during that time he overlapped as a mailman for 37 years and a caterer for 26 years having worked at 5 Olympics for Framboise. Now a Snowbird living in Boynton Beach Florida for 5 months of the year, directing A Few Good Men fit perfectly into his hectic schedule! As an actor, favorite rolls include, Bye Bye Birdie, The Playboy of the Western World, Dracula, The Nerd,Atticus Finch and a FDNY Captain grieving the loss of 8 of his men on 9-11 in The Guys. He has directed Musicals, Comedies, Dramas and Shakespeare…written plays for The Ferry series at Sundog…and generally does his own set and sound designs. Proud to be a member of a talented theatre community here on Staten Island…he is as happy watching a good live show here as on Broadway. Please support local theatre!

Barbara returns to behind the scenes as assistant stage manager, prop mistress and designer for Ghostlight Theatre. Her most recent gig as stage manager was the SIST outdoor production of Waiting for Lefty. B is a 40+ veteran of SI theatre as a performer, designer and stage manager. She received a BA in Art from Brooklyn College in 19##. After raising her daughter, she became a volunteer in various community projects as well as Island theatre. She’s happy to be working with old friends again and always looks forward to making new ones. “It’s been an honor to work with this outstanding cast and crew. This is a very rare venture into costume coordination for Charles. He is eternally grateful for all the wonderful costumers and expert seamstresses, past and present, who enable someone who once sewed his pants to his leg get a costume credit.
