B. Kiko Charles (Mrs. Muller)
"Doubt" marks Kilko's return to the stage after a 17 year absence. Kiko was a member of The Unity Cultural Workshop where she worked under Dennis L, Hite, J. Hugo Ford, and Anthony Fowler. She also worked with the late Cherry Miles in various productions, such as "For Colored Girls..", "Tammy's Choice", and "Still Life". She has also worked with Professor Norman Kruger and Professor Charles Thomas from CSI. Kiko would like to thank Director Mimi McMann for this coming back to the stage opportunity, as well as the creative team for their time, patience, and generosity in various areas.
Carrie Ellman-Larsen (Sister James)
she/her)is thrilled to be returning to Ghostlight Theatre. She is a born and raised NYC theatre maker, actor, master teaching artist and mom. Recent productions include "The Penelopiad" (Eurycleia) "Mame" (Mrs. Upson and Mme. Burnside), "Sweat" (Jesse and Newscaster), "Two Gentlemen of Verona" (Lucetta), "Born In the Ruins" (Pregnant Woman), "Moss" (Old Woman). As a director and applied theatre practitioner, Carrie seeks to work collaboratively in community-based settings, mixing theatricality with protest and resistance. As a documentary theatre maker, she previously co-created The Staten Island Dialogue Project, interviewing Staten Islanders on the stories that influence their vote, which was performed at Snug Harbor. She is the recipient of the DCLA Arts Fund grant for her project Buried Stories (with co-facilitator Jolie Tong), an interview-based theatre project about the Fresh Kills Landfill. Diane Fisher Flores (Sister Aloysius)
Diane is thrilled to make her debut with Ghostlight Productions. She has appeared in numerous productions on Staten Island since 1995.for Seaview Playwrights Theatre, Staten Island Shakespeare Theatre and Sundog Theatre. Diane was last seen in "The Fisherman's Wife" for the Women Playwrights Collective at the Staten Island Shakespeare Theatre, Favorite Roles include Rose in "The Children," Claire in "A Delicate Balance", Serafina in "The Rose Tattoo," Jean Brodie in "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie" among others. She splits her time between Staten Island and Florida where she was last seen in "Chicago Gypsies" at the Vero Beach Theatre Guild. She is grateful to To Mimi McCann and is happy to be working with such a talented cast and crew.
John Griffin (Father Flynn)
John is happy to return to Ghostlight, having last appeared here in "I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change". Previous Ghostlight credits include their initial production of "The Fantasticks" (El Gallo), "1776" (Rutledge), and "The Man Who Came To Dinner" (Banjo). Recent credits include "Rock of Ages" at Brookdale Performing Arts (Stacee Jaxx) and "Guys and Dolls" for In the Wings Theatre (Nicely-Nicely). Past favorite roles: Valjean in "Les Miserables", Dan in "Next To Normal", and Quixote in "Man of La Mancha". He has appeared as a featured vocalist with both the Staten Island Symphony and the Richmond County Orchestra. By day, John is an RN/Nurse Manager in NYC. Thank you to Mimi for the opportunity.
