She wants to thank her mom, dad, brother, and grandma for listening to her sing "It's a Hard Knock Life" over and over these past few months.

Scott Ferguson is making his theatrical debut at the Gaslight Theater, thanks entirely to his daughter Elliott (Mabel), who assured him that joining the cast would be “fun and totally not embarrassing.” He is still awaiting confirmation on that last part. After employing advanced negotiation tactics—puppy-dog eyes, emotional appeals, and possible bribery - he folded like a lawn chair. Scott is thrilled to be in Annie and wants the audience to know that if he looks confused at any point… it’s probably part of his “character.” (Or at least that’s his story.)
Douglas Newell (Franklin Delano Roosevelt)
