HONKY TONK HISSY FIT Cast
Joveeta (Lacey Maynard)
Lacey Maynard is thrilled to be back on stage at the Funky after a hiatus that was only partially
pandemic-related. She has really enjoyed working with this amazing cast, and is thankful for the
opportunity to join the Doublewide family!
Lark (Anna Alai)
Anna is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated from The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, in New York City. Since she has been out in Colorado Springs, she has been seen in a few Funky shows, such as NUNSENSE, SPAMALOT and A DOUBLEWIDE, TEXAS CHRISTMAS and has worked on about seven other shows at Funky as well. Brandi Blackwood Lowe is a classically trained fine artist who also loves being a part of live theater.
She most recently portrayed Sister Hubert in the musical Nunsense with Funky Little Theater
Company, and was also in Funky's Spamalot and August: Osage County. She loves to sing soul music,
paint, study odd history, NOT wear pink, and laugh as much as possible. This show has been one of
her favorites to work on because of all the laughing and thoroughly fabulous cast and crew. She
hopes you enjoy your evening of local theater and laugh heartily!
Baby (Gray Click)
Gray Click reprises his role as Norwayne "Baby" Crumpler, and is honored again to be a part of a
fun, talented cast, and production. Originally from the Myrtle Beach, SC area, where he played
roles in two original plays by Philip J. Fox, “Eventide” and “Moonflower”. This is his fourth
performance with Funky Little Theater Company, appearing in Funky's "RECKLESS" and as Sheriff
Gilbeau in "AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY" Also a singer/songwriter, his song “Things Turn Black” was
heard at the end of the “Mississippi” episode of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown.

So grateful we (you and me) are here!
Harper (Krysten Whearley)
KRYSTEN WHEARLEY (Harper) is back at it again. You might have seen her recently, rocking a red dress and seducing unavailable men as Diana in "Lend me a Tenor" OR as Eileen in "Moon Over Buffalo". This time she is joining this crazy, amazing cast in this sequel to "A Doublewide,Texas Christmas", and taking on a role like none she has played before. When she is not flailing around on stage, she is likely at her day job as an engineer, but when the workday is done, her free time is filled with baking random sweets, relaxing in a hot bath or learning aerial arts as fast as her muscles/strength will allow. She would like to thank you all so much for supporting local community theater, and hope you enjoy the show as much as all of us in the cast do!
