About How Bizarre: An Absurdist Evening of Staged Readings

Fractured Actors Theater Company proudly presents How Bizarre: An Absurdist Evening of Staged Readings

Journey into the delightfully unconventional world of Postmodern storytelling. Rarely staged outside of the halls of Academia, Fractured Actors invites you to experience live staged readings of historic Absurdist classics by Romanian-French playwright Eugène Ionesco and Irish icon Samuel Beckett, along with a contemporary piece by American short-form maestro David Ives. These plays are presented in their entirety with actors in costume and scripts in hand.

The plays: The Bald Soprano by Eugène Ionesco, Play by Samuel Beckett and Words, Words, Words by David Ives. These vibrant and provocative texts offer an unexpectedly profound insight into humanity’s struggle for connection.
