The Sound of Music Cast

Alexa is 17 years old, is currently a senior and this is her 5th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are Mrs. Van Daan in The Diary Of Anne Frank, Ensemble for Mean Girls High School Edition, Mamma Mia, and Mary Poppins Jr. Some of Alexa’s hobbies include baking, playing video games, and reading.

Madelin is 15 and in 9th grade and this is their 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles they have done are the 2nd Man in Diary of Anne Frank. Some of Madelin’s hobbies include reading, writing, drawing, and playing video games. Madelin would like to give a shout out to Lynn because “they have helped me through a lot and I appreciate their friendship.”

Brielle is in 10th grade and this is her 3rd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she's done are ensemble in Mean Girls, Coach Dunbar in Footloose (RosebudCTC). Some of Brie’s hobbies include dancing, drawing, and video games. Brielle would like to give a shout out to the whole theater class because “They always work so hard and show up for each other when needed. They keep a positive attitude towards each other. Even the 8th period class is such a great class! They’ve been so fun to work with! I love them all dearly.”

Lashia is 16 and in the 11th grade and this is their 5th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles they have done are Janis understudy in Mean Girls, Essie understudy in You Can't Take It With You, and Ensemble in Mamma Mia. Some of Shia's hobbies include writing, dancing, gymnastics, and baking. Shia would like to give a shout out to Lamia’sky because “ for the past 3 years you have been there by my side in every show, and even outside of shows! I can't believe this might be the last show we do together (hopefully not). I'll miss you sooo much but I'm so proud of you and I wish you so much luck for college! I love you queen thank you for teaching me so much over the years <3 .”

Leslie is 16 years old and in her junior year in high school and this is her first show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some of Leslie’s hobbies include, Singing, and writing Leslie would like to give a shout out to "Sanam & Leanne because they’ve supported me throughout this class."

Eliza is in 12th Grade and this is her 6th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept and her 13th year doing theater. Some other roles she has done are Maria in Sound of Music (Stage Struck Seattle, 2021), Brigitta in Sound of Music (Stage Struck Seattle, 2016), and Sandy in Grease (Stage Struck Seattle, 2023). Some of Eliza’s hobbies include cheerleading, gymnastics, and art. Eliza would like to give a shout out to her Grandma Linda for getting her into theater, supporting her in everything, and being her kindred spirit. (And letting her do The Sound of Music over and over again.)

Amelie is 14 and this is her 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are Mr. Kraler in The Diary of Anne Frank, principal Clark in Footloose (Rosebud CTC) and Mrs. Cornstarch in Is There A Doctor In The House. Some of Amelie’s hobbies include playing bass guitar, reading and writing and drawing. Amelie would like to give a shout out to Parents because “they always support me.”

Sanam is 17 years old and she’s currently in her junior year of high school. This is her first show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some of Sanam’’s hobbies include drawing, dancing, baking, and reading. Sanam would like to give a shout out to Caro, Leanne, and Kali because these people have been very sweet and supportive throughout her few years of high school ♡

Ruby is 16 and this is her 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are ensemble in Mean Girls HS Edition (FWHS), Amelia in Discount Wars (Tacoma Arts Live), and Queenie in A Weekend Mystery (Tacoma Arts Live). Some of Ruby’s hobbies include singing, playing the guitar, and listening to music. Ruby would like to give a shout out to Alexander for always supporting and encouraging her.

Alinea is in 12th grade, and this is her 4th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are Anne Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank (FWHS), Cady Heron in Mean Girls High School Edition (FWHS), and Penny Sycamore in You Can’t Take It with You (FWHS). Some of Alinea’s hobbies include songwriting, baking bagels, reading past her bedtime, and watching sitcoms with her parents. Alinea would like to give a shout-out to Drake, Avi, Han, Gale, and Lamia for being her rocks through thick and thin. Alinea wants them to know that having such talented, hilarious, dedicated, and supportive people in her life during her two years with the FWHS drama department has meant the world to her and she’s so excited to see them continue to shine for years to come. <3

Lorraine is 15 and is in 9th grade and this is her 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles Lorraine have done are Anne Frank from The Diary of Anne Frank Some of Lorraine's hobbies include baking sweets,skating in her rollerblades, and any type of art form. Lorraine would like to give a shout out to Eva S. her best friend who would always support her and being her other half, Alex,Caleb,Vinny P. Evan A., and Kali for being people who are always there for her and Lilly and Liev for being her favorite theater buddies and lastly she would like to thank her family who is her number one supporter.⋆

Luci is 12 and is in 6th grade and this is her 1st show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some of Luci’s hobbies include drawing, playing video games, making bracelets and reading. Luci would like to give a shout out to her older sister Sophie, friends, and family because they have helped her during this process. Without their support, she would not have been confident enough to step into this role.

Sophie is in 10th grade and this is her 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are Maxine Spencer in Killed in Hollywood Hills (FWHS) and Ensemble in Mean Girls High School Edition (FWHS). Some of Sophie’s hobbies include painting, drawing, songwriting, playing ukulele and guitar, and reading. Sophie would like to give a shout out to all her friends; Cody, Ava, Ayla, Ruby, Joie, Jaslene, Aaliyah, Alex, Gabriel, Brooklyn, Camila, Annoura, etc!! They have always been there for her through everything and she is so grateful for them. And finally her family, they have been so helpful to her and have been her number one supporters.

Gale is humbled and blessed to be yodeling in her final show. As a Senior, Gale has been in all 8 productions in the past 4 years of FWHS, which she is so proud of the knowledge and experience she’s garnered, starting as a stagehand in Blithe Spirit and working up to Stage Manager in Mamma Mia! Gale also started acting a little further into her high school life, the project she’s most proud of being Dracula, where she played Dr. John Seward. Gale, when she’s not eating and breathing every aspect of theatre, you can find drawing and writing, or chatting up friends and family. Gale would like to thank you, the reader, because you are what made this show possible, as well as her brilliant, radiant, golden-hearted boyfriend William Morales-Garcia. He is a wonderful man to know, and she’s very blessed. She is proud of him for being the concert-master, giving her the gift of the music she gets to sing to. She’d also like to thank Lamia’sky, Alinea and Belen, her most wonderful, passionate, articulate, altruistic and fabulous best friends. She’s so proud of every single one of them, and loves them so much.

Lamia’Sky Misher is in 12th grade and this is her 3rd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept, but did a total of 5 shows all together. Some more exciting roles she has done are Ensemble in Mamma Mia!, Janis in Mean Girls, and Rusty in Footloose. Some of Lamia’Sky’s hobbies that she likes to do outside of theater, is drawing, she’s very artistic and generally trying to get back into art, writing, making music, she hopes that in the future that she could be in a girl group with some of the few people who are currently in this show with her. Lamia’Sky would like to give a shout out to her best friend King Jackson for being the reason that she joined theater in the first place, she truly believes that without him she wouldn’t be able to find out what a wonderful experience theater is and can be, and the last person she wants to shout out is her mother, for all the long nights and tiring belts that she had to hear throughout the 3 years that she did theater, she’s the most grateful for letting her stick through all the way until the end.

Drake is 17 and this is his 4th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles that he has done are Peter Van Daan in The Diary of Anne Frank, and Glen Coco in Mean Girls. Some of Drake’s other hobbies include swimming and golf. Drake would like to give a shout out to his family, always supporting him, and to Ms Rose for giving him the opportunity to go to Fed for theater.

Anthony is 14 and a freshman and this is his 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Last fall, he was Mr Van Daan in The Diary of Anne Frank Some of Anthony's hobbies include drawing, exploring, and crafting. Anthony would like to give a shout out to his girlfriend because that’s his girl.

Alessia is 17 years old in her junior year and this is her 3rd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Last year she was in the Ensemble in Mean Girls HSE and she was also in Mamma Mia the year before! Some of Alessia’s hobbies include drawing, singing, and writing! Alessia would like to shout out her lovely teachers and all of her friends who made this year very special.

Caleb is 18 and this is his 4th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles he has done are the light board operator in Dracula, Mamma Mia, and Diary of Anne Frank. Some of Caleb's hobbies include video games and drawing. Caleb would like to give a shout out to everyone who is participating in this show. Seeing how it is his last high school show he is excited and happy to have his last time doing this with the great cast and crew of Federal Way High.

Kristina is a 9-year-old third grader appearing in her second production with the Federal Way High School Drama Department. She previously took the stage as Young Sophie in Mamma Mia! When she isn't performing, Kristina enjoys crafting, crocheting, making bracelets, camping, and conducting science experiments. She wants to thank her mom, dad, and friends for always cheering her on. A special "thank you" goes to her sister, Daniela, who served as her dedicated vocal coach and music teacher, spending countless hours helping her master her songs and lines.

Brooklyn Rennhack is 15 and this is her 1st show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. She has been in many shows put on by her dance company Pacific Ballroom Dance. Some of Brooklyn's hobbies include reading, dancing, and painting. Brooklyn would like to give a shout out to her mom because she is the most amazing and inspiring person she knows.

Han is 18 and is a senior. This is Han’s 12th full show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other tech/roles they have done are ASM/ Costumer/ Man 3 in The Diary of Anne Frank (FWHS), Cow Boy Bob/ Bickle in Footloose (RCTC), and Assistant Director/ Choreographer/ Damion in Mean Girls. Some of Han's hobbies include swimming, hanging out w/ friends, rollerskating, and much more!! Han would like to give a shout out to their family and friends for always believing in them and to never giving up! Han has been doing theater since they were 4 years old, and this is Han's very last show with Fed Theater, and Han is so honored to be able to do this one last time with all the incredible cast, crew and the wonderful Director!! So now please sit back, relax and see the hills come to life with “The Sound of Music”!

Lilly is in 9th grade and this is her 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are Edith Frank in The Diary Of Anne Frank (FWHS) and Vi in Footloose (Rosebud CTC). Some of Lilly’s hobbies include singing, drawing, painting, and many other creative things. Lilly would like to give a shout out to Vallorainne Loretto for her amazing growth in theater in only her first year!

Kaylee is 14 years old and in the 9th grade. This is their 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Another role they did is the understudy for Miep in The Diary of Anne Frank. Some of Kaylee's hobbies include drawing, painting, just any arts and crafts stuff. Kaylee would like to give a shout out to their auntie because “she’s so inspiring to me and always helps me whenever I'm having trouble.”

Denali is 16 years old and this is her 1st show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Denali has never been in any show before so this is her first time doing one. Some of Denali’s hobbies include reading, writing, singing, and drawing. Denali would like to give a shout out to Isabella Tepole because “she has supported me through everything when I’ve felt nervous.”

Avi is in 12th grade and this is his 8th show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles he has done are Ren in Footloose (Rosebud), Aaron in Mean Girls High School Edition (FWHS), and Otto Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank (FWHS). Some of Avi’s hobbies include writing, cooking and gaming. Avi would like to give a shout out to his amazing friends: Drake, Han, Alinea, Eliza, and his wonderful girlfriend Fiona, among others for sticking by his side and supporting his theatre endeavours.

Isabella is 15 and is in 10th grade and this is her 1st show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some of Isabella's hobbies include swing and running. Isabella would like to give a shout out to Denali because she is a great help for her in class and is also a great friend.

Ian is a sophomore and this is his 1st show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some of Ian’s hobbies include playing tennis, D&D, imitating fictional characters, etc.

Belen is in 10th grade and this is her 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles she has done are Karen Smith in Mean Girls High School Edition. Some of Belén’s hobbies include skating, reading, dancing, writing, and singing. Belén would like to give a shout out to her older sister for always supporting her in everything.

Liev is in 10th grade and this is his 2nd show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some other roles he has done are 1st man and Peter Van Daan understudy in The Diary Of Anne Frank. Some of Liev’s hobbies include drawing and acting. Liev would like to give a shout out to his mom because she always helps him memorize his lines and she gives helpful feedback on how to improve. She also always goes out of her way to give him a ride when he needs it, which is very nice of her.

Maya is 15 and this is her 1st show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. Some of Maya’s hobbies include running, art and dancing. Maya would like to give a shout out to Sanam because “she’s been very welcoming and kind towards me”.

Logan is in 11th grade and this is his second show with Federal Way High School Drama Dept. His other role was Sky in Mamma Mia. Some of Logan’s hobbies include working out and fixing & working on old cars.
