Buddy Rahming (Comedian)
Performs April 28 and 29. Buddy Rahming is an actor and comedian from Sacramento, CA. He has worked on movies The Matrix: Resurrections, VENOM, The Last Black Man in San Francisco, Fruitvale Station, and JEXI as well as TV shows for REELZ TV and Discovery ID channel.​ His engaging stage presence makes the audience feel a part of the show from the first punch line, combined with his thought-provoking jokes and unique style of story telling; Buddy is quickly making a name for himself in the Sacramento comedy scene.
Joanna Johnson (Singer/Actor)
Performs April 27, 28, 29. A triple threat talent and then some, Joanna has graced The Ooley stage many times with her acting talents along with her many skills behind the scenes but we are so happy to have her finally bring her song out! Her dream role would be to play Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd as originated by the ever fabulous Angela Lansbury. We hope to make that dream come true later this year!
Elise Hodge (Actor)
Performs April 27, 28, 29. This is a thrill to be part of this production, promoting this venue and all it can provide for our Sacramento artists and community. This is just the first of many shows to come to highlight local talent from actors to magicians and singers and musicians, comics and more!
Shane Romick (Magician )
Performs April 28, 29. This will be Shane Romick's fourth time bringing his fun, funny and wonderful magic to The Ooley Theatre! We are thrilled to have him back and look forward to his monthly variety show at The Ooley!
Fred Lee (Magician/Hypnotist)
Performs April 29. Fred was recognized as a prodigy hypnotist at age 17, providing corporate and VIP clients across the nation with his services and expertise. He is a master magician and member of the Academy of Magical Arts, which is associated with Hollywood's world famous Magic Castle. Hailed as a hypnogod, a legend, a mastermind, this man has toured 3 different continents. Wowing audiences with psychic feats, award winning magic, and his award winning comedy hypnosis show
Ryan Lee Boyd (Actor)
Performs April 7, 28, 29. Ryan has long been a comic and actor in Sacramento having worked in several productions at The Ooley Theatre. His motivational and inspiring work will move you! He is reprising his storytelling role for local playwright Scott Charles, reading his moving short story from his book The Illustrated Hen.
Joshua Dalton (Singer/Actor)
Performs April 27. Joshua is a young actor, singer, and dancer with over 13 years of stage theatre experience. He has acted with his high school company and many other groups which has led him to act in over 20 shows and musicals. He has most recently been cast in A New Truck for Paulie as Nick. He enjoys crooning and musical theatre styles of singing but has dabbled in opera from time to time. He thinks his singing style is most like a mixture of Frank Sinatra and Micheal Buble. In his spare time, you may find him practicing his acrobatics, singing, acting, or dancing. With big dreams and a strong dedication to making them a reality, he is extremely excited to be performing for you tonight.
Claire Langton (Back-up Dancer/Actor)
Performs April 27. Claire is a local actor and member of the Artist Collective here at Ooley Theatre. Claire was last seen on stage singing with the Lodi Musical Theater Company Production of “A Valentine Musical Review” featuring love songs from the 40’s., 50’s and 60’s. Claire has acted in several regional productions. Some of her favorite productions include “Ice Man Cometh” with the Actors’ Workshop of Sacramento at California Stage, “Les Preciouses Ridicules”, produced by Ray Tatar at California Stage, “Romance in D”, which she produced at Wilkerson Theatre and singing in “The Christians” at B St. Theatre.
Sam Gibbens (Juggler and Musician/Singer)
Performs April 27 and 28. Meet Sam, a talented performer who combines music and circus skill in a unique captivating way. With years of experience in both piano and juggling Sam is a jack of all trades. He started playing piano 16 years ago taking lessons for a short time to learn fundamentals then leaped into teaching himself complex works such as Rachmaninov. Some of you may also know Sam by another title… The Midtown Juggler. Sam has been a professional fire performer since 2017 performing at state fairs, SixFlags, corporate events, weddings, churches, etc.. He specializes in fire juggling, puppyhammer, and staff. He loves fire. Now, you lucky duck, get to see these two worlds collide into one pandemonious act!
Edward R. Nason (Poet)
Performs April 27, 28, 29. Eddie is not only an actor but a writer and a poet! We get to engage with his particular style of Haiku during this show and I am thrilled to have him share his poignant words with you all. Eddie was last seen on our stage at The Ooley in our production of Arsenic and Old Lace in November of 2022. He loves to play on stage and you will love to watch him do so!
Davin Pamittan & the Crew of Forsaken (Dancer)
Performs April 28. I am a Sacramento Hip Hop dancer that has been dancing for over 9 years. I trained under Wren Crislogo, the director of Black Flags Dance Company at Elite Studio of Dance. I've been working and perfecting my craft to create what I believe is my definition of dance. I've won two choreography competitions at my local college and also performed at multiple events in my dance career. With my new founding team Forsaken, my crew mates and I are trying to share our creativity to the world and show everyong our love for dance. And hope one day to inspire the youth and bring more people together in the dance community as well.
Carmelita Gauthier (Dancer)
As founder of R.O.Y.A.L. Dancers, Carmelita Gauthier aims to uplift her community through enriching art and wellness experiences that empower Resilience, Optimism, You-niqueness, Authenticity, and Love. She received her bachelor’s of arts in dance from CSU, Sacramento. Carmelita has graced the stages on Sacramento V101 Concerts and The Bobby Jones Gospel Show. She trains with the Actor’s Workshop for Sacramento and has recently performed in the YOLO of Sac Comedian Show and Becky’s New Car. Her dance style can be described as a theatrical fusion of contemporary, hip-hop, and Afro-Caribbean.
