President and Chairman of Emerson Theater Collaborative To thine own self be true—Camilla Ross’s resourceful, versatile life is a testament to this ideal.Passionate, loving and giving, she’s led and gathered a host of loyal students, colleagues and champions throughout her life to achieve great works, and empower the spirits and well-being of others. “To be a catalyst for social change is really where it’s at for me,” Camilla said. “I believe theater should always be a venue for social change. I love the art of live theater and love what it does to the human soul and spirit. It moves us to look at life differently. To leave off the rose colored glasses and really see the human condition.”

Denise Royal
Denise Royal is an Emerson College Alum who received her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre/Acting. This is her 2nd year Directing ETC’s Summer Youth Program, having debuted last year with “The Tortoise and the Hare Race Again.” She is the current Director of Theatre Arts at Desert Edge High School in Goodyear, AZ. Past shows include “The Crucible,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Luchadora!” Ms. Royal is thrilled to be back and working with such a creative team of adults and youth and looks forward to “seeing” you all soon!

Blythe Larkin
Blythe Larkin is a 22-year old Lighting Designer from Tucson, AZ where he had experience working as an actor at SlaughterHouse, one of the biggest haunted houses in AZ, as a Stagehand at Centennial Hall and Fox Theater, and also as a Sound Operator for the local news. He has been with ETC for a little over a year now doing anything that he can to help. Most recently he has been working hard to help finish renovating Sedona Arts Academy and is very excited to see it open up.

Audrey Young
Audrey Young is very excited to be returning to Sedona and working with The Emerson Theatre Collaborative. This will be Audrey’s fourth time working with the organization first appearing last year in Stolen Fire (Bear) and in the staged-reading of Nothing Crazy (Alex). Currently Flagstaff based Audrey was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and did productions with Arizona Repertory Theatre and Arizona Theatre Company which included The Miracle Worker and Chicago. Since being in Flagstaff she has performed at Northern Arizona University in shows including To Kill a Mockingbird (Mayella Ewell), The Comedy of Errors (the Courtesan), and Touch (Zoe/Kathleen). Her Flagstaff credits include commercial and film work with Flagstaff Film Productions and Vongspoth, as well as, theatre work with Theatrikos Theatre Company. Her Theatrikos credits include The Trip to Bountiful (Thelma), Blithe Spirit (Ruth Condomine), The Graduate (Elaine Robinson) and The Constant Wife (Martha). She would like to

O-Ren is 15 years old and is interning this summer for Emerson Theater Collaborative. She is an inducted Thespian and loves singing and dancing. O-Ren’s dream is to be a dancer on Broadway.

Breinne Reeder
Breinne is honored to be part of the summer staff with the Emerson Theater Collaborative. Previous directing credits include Noises Off!, Legally Blonde: The Musical, The Scarlett Letter, and an original musical she co-wrote, StageStruck.
