Alice Paul (Caitlin Galloway Chapa)
Caitlin is beyond excited to make her live Echo Theatre debut in It's My Party after most recently being seen in Echo Reads’ Bright Half Life! A Dallas native, Caitlin earned her BFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University and has been seen at theatres across the metroplex including: Lyric Stage, Casa Mañana, Lily & Joan, Mainstage Irving, Lyric Stage, Proper Hijinx, North Texas Rep, The Firehouse Theatre, and Bass Hall. She sends love and gratitude to her husband Jon, her family, and all of the amazing people who helped make this show happen!
Winifred Mallon (Alysia Giakomas)
Alysia is an Actor originally from West Palm Beach, FL and came to Dallas to receive her BFA in Acting from SMU (‘21). She has recently performed in Dallas Theatre Center’s As You Like It as Ensemble Captain/Swing, Theatre Easts’ Eden Mining Co. as Cadence, and SMU’s Machinal as Young Woman. Alysia Giakoumas is also the Founder of The Playground Acting Program. She is so excited to make her first appearance at Echo Theatre!
Carrie Chapman Catt (Megan Haratine)
Megan is honored to celebrate Women's Suffrage Centennial with Echo Theatre and this dynamic company of women. Before pandemic life, she was most recently seen onstage in Fort Worth, TX at Stage West in Ada & the Engine, Everybody, & R&J Abridged and in Babette's Feast at Amphibian Stage Productions. With an MFA from the University of Delaware's PTTP, she is an Adjunct Professor of Theatre at UTA & TCC SE and serves as the current Texas Chair for KCACTF Region 6. Dora Lewis (Lindsay Hayward)
Lindsay is delighted to return to Echo Theatre’s It’s My Party! Performance credits include Uptown Players, Garland Summer Musicals, Teatro Dallas, Circle Theatre, Shakespeare Dallas, Theatre 3, Dallas Children’s Theatre, Pegasus Theatre, Boarshead Theatre (MI), Appel Farm Arts Centre (NJ), Ashcroft Theatre (UK), Tricycle Studio (UK), and the South African National Theatre. A Dramatists Guild member, her work has appeared with Kitchen Dog Theatre, Over the Bridge Arts, Our Productions, IMPRINT Theatreworks, Noveau 47 Theatre, Goat Song Theatre Collective, Audacity Theatrelab, and Rover Dramawerks. Hayward oversees Casa Mañana’s educational theatre program and is registered with TVITH Audio Productions. Honors include a DFW Critic Choice Award and several Column Awards. www.lindsaylhayward.com.
Dr. Anna Howard Shaw (Cindee Mayfield)
Cindee is gratified to be returning to the Echo’s stage, having last be seen as Diane in Hurricane Diane. She has worked extensively throughout the metroplex over the past 40 years. Recent DFW credits include Slide By as part of ATT/PAC Elevator Project 2020, Les Liaisons Dangereuses and Daylight (Theatre 3), Life Sucks (Stage West), and Other Desert Cities (Circle Theatre & Theatre 3). Cindee is represented by The Mary Collins Agency.
Maud Wood Park (Leslie Patrick)
has worked with many Dallas area theatres as an actor as well as behind the scenes. She has performed in too many Living Black & White productions with Pegasus Theatre to name, but they are all her favorite. Leslie has also worked with Echo Theatre, Circle Theatre, Plano Repertory Theatre, Act I Productions, Theatre 3, Audacity Productions, Uptown Players, and The Bathhouse Theatre Collective. Some of her favorite roles include 52 Pickup (Woman), The Collection (Stella), Arsenic & Roses (Katherine), Die Mommy Die! (Edith), Mauritius (Jackie), and Boy Gets Girl (Harriet).
Lucy Burns (Mandy Reichelt)
Mandy Reichelt is an actor and producer in Dallas, Texas. She is thrilled to be making her Echo Theatre debut! She is a founding member of Flexible Grey Theatre Company where she has also acted in several productions. Other theatre companies in the DFW area she has worked with include: Imprint Theatreworks, Kitchen Dog Theater, The Pocket Sandwich Theatre and Uptown Players. When she is not on stage she can be found on Dungeons and Dragons niche TikTok.
Ida B. Wells-Barnett (Octavia Y. Thomas)
Octavia is excited to physically stage this empowering production with Echo Theatre. Last seen onstage in Pride and Prejudice at Irving Mainstage, A Midsummer Night's Dream with Poor Yorick Productions, Sistas & Obama-ology at Jubilee Theatre, & Men on Boats at Circle Theatre, she is privileged to have performed for a number theater companies throughout DFW – including Dallas Children’s Theater, Lyric Stage, Pegasus Theatre, Stage West, and Theatre Arlington. Favorite productions include Let It Be Me, Company, Batboy, Women Playing Hamlet, Showboat, Once on This Island, Little Shop of Horrors, Junie B. Jones, & A Midnight Cry. Many thanks to Echo Theatre for providing such a wonderful opportunity & to her family and friends for their continued support. Miss Thomas received her BA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
