Curtains! Cast

Noah Suckow (Lt. Frank Cioffi)
Noah is a sophomore, and is participating in his third performance with the East Aurora High School. His previous performances include The Reporter and Lovesick Cowboy in Radium Girls, as well as many ensemble roles in Shrek The Musical. He would like to thank his parents for first introducing him to theater, as well as his family and friends for their continued support.
Talia Spencer (Niki Harris)
Talia Spencer (she/her) has participated in The Wizard of Oz (Munchkin), Little Shop of Horrors (Stage Crew), and Shrek (Witch) at EAHS, as well as the Aurora Players production of Into the Woods (Featured Dancer). She would like to thank Mr. Blackwell for putting up with her for 8 years in both class and musical, Mr. Cummins for teaching and beliving in her, the cast of Into the Woods for their wisdom (and gossip), and her friends and family for their love and advice.
Mary Kalinski (Georgia Hendricks)
Senior Mary Kalinski has performed in East Aurora's productions of The Wizard of Oz, Little Shop of Horrors, and Shrek: The Musical, and is thrilled to be joining this year's cast of Curtains as Georgia! She is forever thankful to Mr. Cummins, Mr. Blackell, and Miss Cara for their dedication, leadership, and creativity, and to the show’s big-hearted cast and crew for their hard work, talent, and willingness to be a little ridiculous in the name of a good time, and a great show! She is beyond grateful to have been a part of this program throughout high school, and cannot stress enough that joining the musical, whether as a freshman or senior, is a must. :)
Sarah Schoeneman (Carmen Bernstein)
Sarah’s previous shows with EAHS include The Wizard of Oz (ensemble), Shrek the Musical (Gingy), and Radium Girls (Grace Fryer); she has also performed in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (Rupert van Brunt) and Into the Woods (Featured Dancer/Sleeping Beauty), both with the Aurora Players. She would like to thank the cast of Into the Woods for telling Mr. Blackwell they’d only see Curtains if she got a big part. She would also like to thank her dad for inspiring her love of singing and Sadie for convincing her to do theater in middle school.
Brom Tarachow (Aaron Fox)
Brom is thrilled to be a part of Curtains. During his high school years he has participated in The Wizard of Oz as a pit member, Shrek The Musical as both an ensemble member and dancer, and Radium Girls. Brom will be attending Middlebury College after high school to study biochemistry, and would like to thank Mr. Cummins, Mrs. O’Connor, Mr. Blackwell, and all his peers for always being encouraging and welcoming.
Kanen Zak (Sidney Bernstein)
Jack Walsh (Christopher Belling)
Jack Walsh is a senior with a long history with the musical. He has performed the role of Michael Banks in Mary Poppins, the ensemble in Wizard of Oz, and various roles in Shrek. He would like to thank Mr. Blackwell for encouraging him to audition in his first musical, Mr. Cummins for instilling his love for the art, and all his friends for pushing him to the limit.
Allie Morgan (Bambi Berne)
Allie has participated in the productions of Shrek the Musical (ensemble), Radium Girls (Charlie Lee), and The Specialist (Grace Lawson) at EAHS. She would like to thank her friends and family for being so amazing and supportive.

Sadie Everhart (Joanie Harmon)
Sadie is thrilled to be doing Curtains as her last musical at EAHS! Other EAHS performances include Radium Girls (Katheryn Schaub), Shrek the Musical (Pinocchio), Pygmalion (Ensemble), 12 Angry Jurors (Juror 12), and The Wizard of Oz (Ensemble). Other favorite performances include Brighton Beach Memoirs, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Annie, and The Music Man. She would like to thank the talented cast, Mr. Cummins, and Sarah and Talia for always being crazy theater kids with her.
Riven Schwartzott (Oscar Shapiro)
Riven graduates this year, now with three musicals under their belt. As a freshman, they played a citizen of the Emerald City in The Wizard of Oz, and played the roles of a dragonette, one of the Three Blind Mice, and one of the Three Little Pigs in last year's production of Shrek: the Musical. This year, they play the role of Oscar Shapiro, the greedy manager of the show within the show. After graduating, Riven plans to go to college as a Music Production and Engineering major, and hopes to make a career for themself in the music industry. They would like to thank their family, who always showed their support of Riven's many theatrical endeavors. They would also like to thank everyone on stage and behind the scenes for being the best bunch of people a person could ask for. No matter where Riven goes in life, they know they will always have a place on the stage.
Nick Ohlweiler (Bobby Pepper)
Nicklaus P. Ohlweiler has been in four musicals, staring in ¨Mary Poppins¨(7th grade) where he played an ensemble boy, ¨Wizard of Oz¨(9th grade) where he played an ensemble boy and a dancer, ¨Shrek¨(11th grade) where he played the swamp guard and a dancer, and finally ¨Curtains¨(12th grade)where he performs as Bobby Pepper, a male lead, lover and dancer. He wanted to thank all of his friends, family, and amazing directors for supporting him over the years. Nick is planning on studying Finance and Business while attending college.

Emma Dolan has been an ensemble member in The Wizard of Oz, Little Shop of Horrors, Shrek: The Musical and Curtains while at East Aurora High School. She would like to thank all of the directors, her family and friends who helped to make musical such a memorable part of her high school experience. Emma intends to study biology and human rights in college.
Ashlyn Houghton (Roberta Wooster)
Ashlyn Houghton is a senior this year. She has performed in The Wizard of Oz, Shrek and now Curtains and has enjoyed every minute of it. On top of the three high school musicals, Ashlyn was also in the school fall play The Specialist. She loves to sing and has been taking voice lessons with Main Stage Studios for years. Ashlyn would like to thank her parents and family for their love and support throughout her high school years. The musicals were truly her favorite part of high school and she’s really going to miss them!
