Refrain from talking, texting, or engaging in behavior that may distract performers or other guests during the performance. Respect the pace and flow of the evening, including transitions between dinner service and the show. Our team reserves the right to discreetly address any behavior that disrupts the experience for others. Guests who are unable to honor this shared environment may be kindly asked to step away from the performance area. Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

E. Marie Enterprises Exchange Policy At E. Marie Enterprises, we understand that plans change. While all ticket sales and merchandise purchases are non-refundable, we do offer the following flexible exchange options to ensure your satisfaction: Ticket Exchanges Tickets may be exchanged for a future E. Marie Enterprises production if notice is given at least 72 hours before the original event. Exchange requests made within 72 hours of the event may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a small rebooking fee. If a guest is unable to attend, transferring the ticket to another guest is allowed at no charge. Just email us with the new guest’s name. Merchandise Exchanges Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for an item of equal value. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit to be used at a future event or online We’re committed to providing a joyful, soul-filled experience—on and off stage. Late Policy

Late Seating & Refund Policy All performances at E. Marie Enterprises begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late seating will be at the discretion of house management and may not be permitted until an appropriate pause in the show. Please plan to arrive early to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, missed performances, or unused tickets. Thank you for honoring the flow of the evening and supporting live theatre.
