Carrie BeattieCarrie Beattie has been involved with Dreamland Theater for nearly a decade. She has written and performed in a variety of puppet and human shows, including star talks featuring the ceiling constellations.

Christa ZianniAs a first-time puppeteer, but lifelong appreciator of puppets, Christa is excited to finally get in on the action with this production! A neuroscience researcher by day, they love to spend their evenings using the creative part of their brain to man various animal puppets.

Christine BruxvoortChristine Bruxvoort is an artist and teacher living in Ypsilanti. Her role at Dreamland has mainly been to photograph events, take money and place props on the stage, but this time she is making her puppeteering debut as Muriel the goose.

Emmet CousinoEmmet is a musician, sculptor, and animator, who works as an engineer by day. Emmet has been involved in multiple productions at Dreamland, including Mystery at Gorgophone Zeta and The Time to Die Show.

Jacqualyn McFalls Jacks McFalls is a first-time puppeteer and wannabe farmer who loves to work with animals, whether they're on the stage or in the field.

Marley Higbee Marley has a lifelong love of theater and Animal Farm is his first foray into puppet theater. Despite (or because of) this, he is the one non-puppeteer performer in the cast. He also serves as an extra pair of hands backstage to help things fun smoothly. Long live Animal Farm!

Naia VenturiNaia Venturi founded Dreamland Theater in 2002 as a community art space, with a focus on puppetry. Because of its multi-discipline nature, combining art, engineering, and theater, Naia was drawn to puppetry at a young age. She has designed and created countless puppets and productions over the years in collaboration with the ever evolving crew of the Dreamland Puppet Troupe.

Patrick ElkinsP.E. is a puppeteer / landscaper / performance artist / poet / novelist / mazemaker / musician / cloudgazer / janitor / amateur ornithologist who relocated to Yipsilanti after their spaceship crashed in Grand Rapids, MI during a blizzard 100 years ago.

Sara MaySara May has been involved with Dreamland since 2023. Before that, she was a member of Limestone Stage in Lockport, IL where she co-directed A Midsummer Night's Dream. Her favorite on-stage role was Masha in The Seagull.

Ursula BruxvoortUrsula Bruxvoort has been conditioned to be a puppeteer. There was no other choice as her parents ran a Summer Puppet Camp at Dreamland where she quickly moved from student to instructor. She is now a Prop Artist as well as Puppeteer, and makes both puppet props and human-sized props for Pete The Dog Theater shows at Riverside Arts Center.
