Caroline Seymour* (The Baker's Wife)Caroline is ecstatic to be in another Dramafun! musical. She has enjoyed her time in Dramafun for the past 3 years, being in many shows including Oliver Jr., Elf Jr., Madagascar Jr., and most recently Annie Jr. Caroline would like to thank Courtenay Harrington-Bailey for directing this great production of Into The Woods Jr, and for being such an amazing mentor to her.
Sarah Seymour (The Baker)Sarah is excited to take on her first lead role. She has been in past Dramafun productions, including Lily in Annie Jr, Elf Jr, and Oliver Jr. When she is not signing or acting, she enjoys drawing, reading, and volleyball. She would like to thank her amazing family and friends for supporting her and driving her around so she can do the things she loves. She would also like to thank Ms. Courtenay for this wonderful chance to have fun and enjoy life as an actor and singer.
Sophia Sodekson (Cinderella)Sophia Sodekson is thrilled to appear with the Dramafun Players' production of Into The Woods Jr. Past credits include, Karen in Mean Girls Jr., Baloo in The Jungle Book, The Artful Dodger in Oliver Jr. and various ensemble roles High School Musical Jr., Elf Jr., and Raise Your Voice. Sophia takes voice lessons with Courtenay Harrington-Bailey and sings solo performances at the recitals. When she isn't singing and dancing she is studying her lines, doing homework, and is also a part of drama club at her school. She is thankful for the friendships she has made along the way and a Special shout out to her uber drivers, mom and dad for getting her to rehearsals and lessons on time.
Souleia Champagne (Jack)In her seventh production with Dramafun!, Souleia Champagne is thrilled to be cast as Jack for Into the Woods. She is 9 years old and in fourth grade. Past performances include Molly in Annie Jr, Shawanda in Elf Jr, Agrabahn/Avis the flying carpet in Aladdin Kids, Lil Ogre/Rat/Duloc in Shrek Jr, lil kid ensemble in Matilda Jr and rabbit in Who's in Rabbit's House?. She excels in figure skating with the Falmouth Figure Skating Club, plays club soccer and also competitively with ACI, plays cello and takes voice lessons with Ms. Courtenay. Souleia is an energetic and free spirited girl with a bright future. Good luck to the entire cast on this amazing performance!
Caitlin Wells (Jack's Mom)Caitlin (Jack’s mom) is so excited for this show. She is currently 13 years old and in 8th grade. This is Caitlin’s 12th show with Dramafun! Some of her favorite past credits include: Young Fiona in Shrek. Jr., Bett in Oliver Jr., Chadwick and Emily Hobbs in Elf. Jr., and Grace Farrell in Annie Jr. Other than doing theater and singing, in her free time Caitlin is very passionate about playing her flute. She is in her school’s band and jazz band. She also takes private flute lessons once a week. She loves riding her bike and being outside. Caitlin is so excited for you to see the show!
Emma Cristoforo (Little Red Riding Hood 2pm/Milky White)Emma is so excited to be joining Dramafun for another fun performance - this time as Little Red and Milky White. Previous roles include Kate in Annie Jr. and ensemble roles in Elf Jr. and High School Musical Jr. Other outside shows include Finding Nemo Kids, Schoolhouse Rock Live Jr, SpongeBob Jr, Beauty and the Beast Jr, Jungle Book Jr, and Rainbow Fish Jr. Emma also participates in the community outreach and competition team through Center Stage Dance Academy. When Emma is not acting, singing, or dancing she is playing field hockey, practicing the cello, and doing homework. Special thanks to Dad and Mom for helping me practice and driving me to rehearsal every week. Good luck to the whole cast!
Abigail Marino (Little Red Riding Hood 7pm/Milky White)Abigail Marino is thrilled to be playing Little Red & Milky White in Dramafun’s production of Into
the Woods Jr! Past Dramafun productions include Annie Jr, High School Musical Jr, and Mean Girls Jr. Abby loves singing, dancing, acting, and cheerleading. She takes voice lessons with Courtenay Harrington-Bailey and is on the competition dance team at Sandwich Dance Academy. Special thanks to Mom, Dad, Zack, and Mackenzie for their love and support.
Ella Avitabile (Witch)Ella Avitabile is an 8th grader at Sandwich Middle High School. She is thrilled to be part of her 5th Dramafun show, and starring as The Witch, in “Into The Woods.” Her other shows and roles with Dramafun include: “Mean Girls”- Ms. Duvall, “Elf”- Macy’s Manager, “Annie”- Mrs. Pugh/Star-to-Be, and “High School Musical”- Martha Cox. Coming up this November at her school, Ella will be performing in the ensemble for Knights Theatre Company’s fall production of “Almost, Maine.” She thanks her family for being so supportive in everything she does, and is grateful for her classical voice teacher, John Murelle. She appreciates both Ms. Courtenay and all the other players for making her journey through Dramafun a fun and wild one.
Ayla Cook (The Wolf)Ayla is excited to be performing in her 12th show with Dramafun Studio! She began her acting journey at just 4 years old and has fallen in love with theater, singing, and dance ever since.
Over the past four years, she has embraced a variety of roles with Dramafun, each one helping her grow as a performer. She would like to express her heartfelt gratitude to Courtenay for providing the right challenges that have allowed her to continue learning and developing as a theater student. A special thank you goes to her parents for their unwavering support throughout her artistic journey. Enjoy the show!
Fiona Woodbrey (StepMother)Fiona Woodbrey is excited to participate in her first Dramafun production! Past musical performances include adult Nala in The Lion King and various roles in a Broadway Mashup. She is currently cast as Little Red in Little Red Riding Hood - a Clue! through her school drama program. She has had voice lessons at the Mass Art Center for one year. When she isn't singing, Fiona is doing her homework or finding fun ways to be creative. Special thanks to Dad for making sure she gets to class on time and to her cousins whose love and support are foundational.
Adyson McCarthy (Florinda)Adyson is an enthusiastic 12 year old who has found her niche in performing arts. She is delighted to be a part of Dramafun production for the last year performing in Annie and Seussical Kids. She started her theatrical career 5 years ago with Rhode Island Youth Theater. Her performances included Matilda, The Addams Family and Newsies. She has also performed in her school theater productions including Annie Jr, James and the Giant Peach and Beauty and the Beast. When Adyson is not singing and dancing around the house, you can find her skiing, playing softball or babysitting.
Rosie Spurling (Lucinda)Rosie Spurling is really excited to be in Into the Woods Jr. This is her fifth Dramafun production! She has also acted in several school plays, including her roles as Lady Larken in Once Upon a Mattress and Officer O'Hurley in Samantha Spade: Ace Detective at CCA. She is 11 years old and in sixth grade. Rosie's favorite things are reading, spending time outside, and hanging out with friends. She wants to thank her mom and dad for driving to and from rehearsal and letting her be in this awesome production! Thank you to Ms. Courtenay and everyone who encourages me!
Maisie Duffey (Rapunzel)Maisie was born in Chicago and moved to Cape Cod with her family when she was 2 years old.
Maisie has been dancing since she could walk and attends regular classes in musical theatre
dance and contemporary dance at The Dance Space, Cape Cod. In her spare time she plays
the drums in her school jazz band and is a keen pianist and can often be found with her
headphones on in the house listening to her favorite tunes. Maisie lives in Falmouth with her
family including two dogs, a pug named Elfie and Mavis an English Bulldog. Maisie hopes to
incorporate her interests into the future and has aspirations to be an actress and a musician one
day. Maisie has experience in many other Drama Fun productions such as Aladdin, Elf, Seussical The Musical, and High School Musical. She is thrilled to be a part of “In To The Woods” this Holiday season!
Owen Chase (Cinderella's Prince)Owen Chase is thrilled to be in another DramaFun production. Past shows include Frog and Toad Jr., Shrek Jr., Oliver Jr., Raise Your Voice, Elf Jr. and Seussical Kids. He currently takes voice lessons with Courtenay and is thankful for her support and skilled instruction. In his free time, Owen enjoys cuddling with his dog Leo and relentlessly searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe.
Wynnie Wilcox (Cinderella's Mom/Steward)This is Wynnie's 7th show with Dramafun! Her past performances include Matilda Jr., Shrek Jr., Raise Your Voice Broadway Review, Oliver Jr., Elf Jr., and Annie Jr.. Wynnie loves being on stage and is incredibly grateful for the support of her music director and fellow castmates. Outside of the theater, Wynnie studies voice with Ms. Courtenay, enjoys crocheting, volunteers in various roles at her church, and actively participates in choir and drama at Bourne Middle School.
Ben Whitman (Rapunzel's Prince)Ben is in the 7th grade at SMHS. This is his second production with Dramafun and 4th production overall. He has previously been in Annie Jr, Finding Nemo Jr, Best Christmas Pageant Ever and Frozen Jr. He is excited to be in this show and looks forward to many more in the future.
Lucas Vazquez-Brown (Narrator)Lucas is excited to be in his third year at Dramafun and is happy to be playing the Narrator and Cinderella's Dad! He has been a part of Elf Jr. and some other acting groups. He enjoys singing, reading, designing and constructing, spending time outside with family and friends and going on adventures.
Lauren Barney (Narator)Lauren Barney is thrilled to be performing in the Dramafun production of Into the Woods! She’s returning to the stage after her performances in The Jungle Book-Kids, Aladdin-Kids, Elf Jr., Annie Jr., and Seussical-Kids. Lauren is a sixth grader at St. Francis Xavier School where she performed in last year's production of Beauty and the Beast. She loves to sing, act and dance.
Linnea Miller (Narrator)Hi, I’m Linnea Miller! I'm in sixth grade at Oakridge School. I am elated to be in my 5th Dramafun show, and delighted to play the role of one of the narrators in the show, Into The Woods. I have had roles in many other shows such as an elf in Elf, Sandy in Annie, as well as roles in High School Musical, Oliver, and Shrek Jr. Some of my favorite hobbies include singing, acting, playing piano, writing, reading, and playing soccer. My favorite musical artists are Taylor Swift, and Olivia Rodrigo. I thank family, friends, my voice teacher Ms. Becca, and my amazing dog, Billy.
Ashton Bradford (Mysterious Man)Ashton Bradford (Mysterious Man/Narrator), age 13 and in 8th grade, is thrilled to be returning for his fourth performance with Dramafun! He has previously appeared in “Oliver Jr.,” “Elf Jr.,” and “Annie Jr.” Dedicated to his academics, Ashton balances his studies with volunteering for the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation and participating in Civil Air Patrol. In addition, he has spent the past three years honing his vocal skills through lessons with Courtenay Harrington-Bailey and Darius Tolbert. With the constant support of family and friends, Ashton is excited to continue pursuing his passion for the performing arts and giving back to his community.
