John Proctor (Tim Solarek)
Tim Solarek is a veteran of the NEPTA theater scene, appearing in numerous local productions over the past several years. Most recently seen as Nick in PTPA's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Tim is excited to embrace the challenge that is John Proctor. Some of Tim's favorite roles include Aldolpho (Drowsey Chaperone); Lt. Kaffee (A Few Good Men); Philip Lombard (And Then There Were None); E.K. Hornbeck (Inherit the Wind); Jerry (Zoo Story); Sam Byck (Assassins); and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ( Amadeus). He is co-director of the Performance Works Youth Academy.
Abigail Williams (Shelby Wolfe)
Shelby is a junior at Bloomsburg University majoring in early childhood education and early childhood psychological development as well as a part time preschool teacher at A Smart Start Childcare. She has been on the DMPW stage a few times, most recently in The Music Man as Ethel Toffelmeier, but you can more often than not find her backstage working with sets and props. This is Shelby’s first time in a straight play, and she wants to thank every amazing person from the cast and crew for helping her throughout it!
Deputy Governor Thomas Danforth (Adam Randis)
Adam is always happy to return to the Factory stage, having last been seen in a cameo appearance in The Music Man. He has been semi-active in Northeastern and Central PA theatre for over two decades in a variety of capacities and is the currently serving President of the Board of Directors and General Manager at the Pennsylvania Theatre of Performing Arts in downtown Hazleton. Notable previous roles include both John Adams and John Dickinson in multiple productions of 1776, the eponymous demon barber in Sweeney Todd, Detective Sgt Trotter in Agatha Christie’s Mousetrap, Cogsworth in Disney’s Beauty & the Beast, and E.K. Hornbeck in Inherit the Wind. Adam has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in History and Education from Bloomsburg University. He teaches History at Luzerne County Community College and also works with the youth home agency ChildFirst Services, Inc., based out of Philadelphia, Allentown, and Jim Thorpe.
Elizabeth Proctor (Joelle Witner)
Co-Founder of PTPA in 1997 and DM Performance Works in 2009, Joelle is a stage veteran who has performed in, directed, and choreographed over 150 productions.Some of her most prized roles are as Eva Peron in Evita, Virgina Woolf in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Donna in Mamma Mia, Queen Eleanor in The Lion in Winter, the Witch in Into the Woods, and Maria in The Sound of Music. She performs with the regional show band 70s Flashback as the female lead singer and owns Drama in Motion Studio of Performing Arts where she has been teaching dance for over 25 years. She serves as the Drama Club Director for the Hazleton Area High School. She is honored to share the stage with some of her very favorite local actors. She sends love to Tim Solarek who makes every scene real. Support the arts and live theater!
Reverend Parris (Bill Amos)
Bill's credits include Ten Little Indians (as Captain Phillip Lombard), Noises Off (as Garry Lejeune), The Odd Couple (as Felix Ungar), Night of the Living Dead (as Ben), The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild Dramatic Society’s Production of MacBeth (as David Plummer), Breakfast at Tiffany’s (as Fred), Sherlock Holmes and the Scarlet Avenger (as Dr. John Watson), Amadeus (as Emperor Joseph II and more. He is happy for the opportunity to play at the Factory again.
Reverend Hale (Noah Witner)
Noah is no stranger to the stage. He grew up in the theater and has become a consummate performer. Some stage highlights have been as Bert in Mary Poppins at HAHS, Tin Man in Wizard of Oz at DMPW, Perchick in Fiddler on the Roof at DMPW, and Gilmer in To Kill A Mockingbird at HAHS. He also also danced as the Nutcracker in the production of the same name for DMPW. He currently works with the elderly at Fritzingertown and plays guitar and assists on sets at DMPW in his spare time.
Thomas Putnam (Joey Morgan)
oey Morgan has been on a stage for approximately 80% of his life, and still isn't quite sure if he's doing it right. Nevertheless, he's been in about twice as many shows as years he's been alive. Among some of his favorite performances have been Seymour in "Little Shop of Horrors," William Barfee in "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee," and Enoch Drebber in "Sherlock Holmes and the Scarlet Avenger." Most recently, he considers himself a playwright, audio drama director, and guy-who-reads-books-really-fast. Oh, and an actor apparently.
Giles Corey (James T Micklow)
Mick is pleased to be performing again on the DMPW stage, having recently been in Fiddler On The Roof. In his theatre "hobby" he has appeared in various productions over the last twenty two years with theatre groups in Bloomsburg (BTE), Mount Carmel (ACT),Hazleton (PTPA),and others. Favorite roles include Pontius Pilate-Jesus Christ Superstar, Pharaoh-Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Judge Turpin-Sweeney Todd, and Captain Von Trapp-Sound of Music. He recently retired after 45 years of work as a CPA and Rock And Roll Accountant. He resides in Bloomsburg with his groovy wife Joan and wonderdog Lucy.
Mary Warren (Cassie Zeleznock)
Cassie is 17 years old and will be a senior honor student at HAHS Arts and Humanities Academy, where she is a member of the Cougar Players and Chorus. She studies voice, and all forms of dance under the direction of Joelle Witner and Phyllis Columbo at Drama in Motion. Cassie has been doing theatre for over 6 years and has performed in over 20 productions. She was last seen in PWFT’s main stage production of Fiddler on the Roof in June. Her favorite role was Rafiki in The Lion King, Jr. at PWFT. Some of her other favorite roles were in Les Miserables, Alice in Wonderland, Jr, Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Mary Poppins
Tituba (Destiny Rosario)
Destiny Rosario is 19 years old and attends Bloomsburg University Majoring in International Business. She has been in To Kill a Mockingbird (Calpurnia), 21 Chump Street (Naomi), Seussical the Musical (ensemble) Her hobbies include: acting, drawing, spinning for color guard Fun fact: She is a professional model signed to Truth Management and has been to multiple photoshoots around the United States
Ann Putnam (Joyce Vandermark)
oyce’s community theatrical career began in The Grove’s production of MacBeth. She has also performed in Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman, Richard Greenberg’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s at PTPA, and most recently played Constanze Weber in Amadeus at PTPA. Joyce directed the locally written Sherlock Holmes and the Scarlet Avenger. Joyce’s passion for acting continues to blossom with every experience and also loves being a mom and photographer.
Rebecca Nurse (Phyllis Colombo)
A stage veteran for over 50 years, Phyllis was the co-founder of PTPA in 1997 and currently serves as president of the DM performance Works. She spent much of her youth studying dance under many teachers in NYC including David Howard and Charles Kelly. She performed in summerstock productions and was understudy to Goldie Hawn. She has been teaching dance for over 50 years and is responsible for creating many performers in the industry. She serves as the Ballet Director at Drama in Motion and is responsible for many of the creations on the DMPW stage. She is excited to have three generations of family on the stage tonight!
Judge Hathorne (Christopher Snyder)
Christopher is excited about his first performance at DMPW. He would like that Joshua for casting him in the role of Hathorne and joining such a wonderful cast. As always he enjoys sharing the stage with his son, CJ. Some of his favorite roles are The Old Man in a Christmas story and George Sitkowski in That Championship Season. Outside theatre he enjoys golf and RV trips with family.
Betty Parris (Gabby Kopczynskie)
Gabrielle Kopczynskie (Betty Paris) is a senior at Hazleton Area Academy of Sciences. She currently dances at Drama in Motion Studio of Performing Arts. She was in four shows with the DM Performance Works Factory, Mamma Mia, Matilda, High School Musical, and Music man. She was also in the production of Mary Poppins and To Kill a Mockingbird put on by the Hazleton Area Cougar Players. Gabrielle is a member of the FBLA and the national honor society. She is very excited to take on her first role as Betty!
Francis Nurse (Zachary Sessock)
Zack does not like to write his own bios nor gloat about how great he is on the stage. A theater chameleon, Zack has been known to keep the audience laughing in his many disguises. He has also wowed them with his dramatic portrayals. He is always willing to try something new and we are always proud to have him on the stage!
Ezekiel Cheever (Adam Seiwell)
Adam Seiwell is a horror writer and playwright under the pen name Sawyer Green. He has been published in the Nabu Review, the Nefarious Nature anthology, and through Olde Wolf Publications. He plans to submit a one-act for DM's consideration later this year. He has most recently performed as Ash in Evil Dead: The Musical, but has also played as Biff in Death of a Salesman, and Joe in Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Susanna Walcott (Sarah Greco)
Sarah is 15 years old and is enrolled in CCA 10th grade. This is her eighth show with DM Performance Works: Little Mermaid Jr (Allana) ,Lion king (Sarabi) Alice in wonderland (Cheshire cat), Aladdin Jr. (Omar), Peter Pan Jr (Tinkerbell), Mamma Mia (ensemble), Frozen Jr. (ensemble). She also performed in Guys and Dolls Jr (ensemble), Shrek Jr (ensemble), High School Musical (ensemble), Once Upon a Mattress (ensemble), Annie (ensemble) and summer youth camp with PTPA. In her spare time Sarah plays the cello, hangs out with friends, reads, bakes, listens to music, binges netflix and babysits her nephews. Sarah takes dance with Drama in Motion and has performed in the Nutcracker. She would like to thank her family for supporting her. She would also like to thank Josh and the DMPW crew for all that they do! It's been fun HANGING out with all of you, lol. Break a leg everyone!
Mercy Lewis (Mary Yanuzzi)
Mary Yanuzzi - Mary is 14 years old, and is going into 9th Grade this fall. This is Mary's 12th theatrical performance. Other shows she has been a part of are: Peter Pan Jr., Frozen Jr., and Matilda. She has taken dance lessons since she was 3 years old, and is currently taking dance and vocal lessons at Drama in Motion. Mary is very happy to be a part of this wonderful production and hopes everyone enjoys the show!
Sarah Good (Hope Bridges)
Hope Bridges will be entering 10th grade this year at Hazleton Area High School in the Arts and Humanities program. She has been a part of many shows with DM Performance Works, including The Little Mermaid, Frozen, Matilda, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Aladdin, and Lion King Jr. Outside of the theater, she enjoys painting and dancing with Drama in Motion under the direction of Joelle Witner and Phyllis Colombo. She is very excited to be back in the theater and would like to say "break a leg" to all of her fellow cast members.
Hawkins (Jude Witner)
Jude is a tenth grade student at HAHS Arts and Humanities. He was last seen as Troy Bolton in High School Musical at DMPW. and is has been an active theater performer since he can walk. He is a member of the HAHS Marching Cougars as a percussionist and loves to create web pages and original music. He dances with Drama in Motion.
