We love to share our passion for flying and there is a place for everyone at the Dragonfly Aerial Company. We have a heart for beginners of all ages as well as have students traveling the world professionally! We run an average of 50 classes per week, recreational through professional, ages 8-65! You better believe we have a place for you! So, come FLY with us! Whether you are looking for a fun and unique path to fitness or have aspirations of joining Cirque du Soleil, with decades of experience in the industry, you've come to the right place for your aerial training.

Professional Event Entertainment Company provides elegant & exciting aerial entertainment for a variety of events such as corporate trade shows, receptions, banquets, award shows, business grand openings, conventions, hospitality suites and more! If you are planning a special event, let us take it higher than you ever imagined with a touch of elegant artistry. Our seasoned professional performers have toured the world performing for premium cruise lines, circuses and resorts. Some of our clients include the American Heart Association, the Broadmoor Hotel, the Mining Exchange, the Doubletree, Relay for Life, Royal Celebrity Cruise Lines, Newborn Hope, Aids Project LA, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Holland America Line and many more!
Pre-professional Performance Company, (This is your "Dragonfly in Wonderland" cast). Dragonfly provides performance opportunities for dedicated students who want to participate in artistic performance opportunities as a community. Our students make life-long friendships and memories while sharpening their performance skills and broadening their technique. Averaging two large stage productions a year, we are always working on something exciting! Don't worry though, if you want to perform but are not able to commit to becoming a company member, our students may participate in our in-house student showcases each year as well!
Artistic Classes are for ALL AGES! Aerial acrobatics is a fantastic way to create the perfect balance between flexibility and strength while developing grace and self-expression through movement. However, when approaching the training of aerial technique correctly, students are taught proper wrap mechanics, theory and fundamental rigging, which also challenges their minds! Dragonfly students may begin aerial acrobatics at the D.A.C. as young as 8, in an environment that is safety-focused, encouraging, empowering, family friendly and all inclusive. We don't just teach "tricks" at Dragonfly. We teach athletic skill, discipline, musicality, theatricality technique and performance. Most importantly, we teach perseverance, dedication, community and grit. These are the building blocks of success for our youth from developing healthy bodies and minds to cultivating positive attitudes, a sense of community and healthy life skills. We teach the Power of "Yet".
Competitive Team: Dragonfly hosts an award winning competitive team! However, it is important to note "WHY" we participate in competitions. Competitions present the opportunity to perform in front of booking agents and entertainment and casting directors who can provide scholarships, contracts and other professional opportunities. We do not attend to necessarily place "First" (although we have a pretty good track record), we go to be remembered by those who can provide future employment to our artists! Competitors are required to participate in our pre-professional performance company in tandem.
Teacher Training Certifications: The D.A.C was rooted in 2004 onboard a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship, teaching professional production cast members how to "FLY Safely". Since then we have taught over a thousand students and built one of the most thorough teacher training certifications available, providing up to three years of curriculum and resources and athletic continuing education credits and ongoing resources and support!
An Industry Leader: Dragonfly is nationally recognized for our safety-focused and structured curriculum built on a series of progressions that work! Our curriculum contributors are made up of Cirque du Soleil alumni, national touring aerial specialists, post graduate instructors & accomplished choreographers. We have decades of professional performing and teaching experience from beginning through professional level. In fact, our senior instructors carry between 10 and 20 years of professional experience in their foundational specialties. Our D.A.C licensing program has launched over 13 gyms nationwide...and WE ARE STILL LEARNING!
Contributing to the future of the aerial industry is important to us. D.A.C. is recognized by the USAG, and is a professional member of American Circus Educators and American Youth Circus. D.A.C. director, Mistia Fallon, is also an ACE insurance committee member and an ACE Leadership group member.
