Pippin Cast

Alexis is a senior, and this will be her 5th production. You may have seen her on the DHS stage many times before, and her most recent role was in "Puffs" as Hannah. Alexis has many hobbies. She enjoys singing in the DHS Choir, being outdoors in the summer time, and the theater, both on stage and in the audience. She is thrilled to take on the stage with all her friends she has made in theater. After high school, Alexis plans to attend Sauk Valley Community College to get her associates degree in Criminal Justice. Alexis would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her and especially her mother, grandmother, and her girlfriend El.

Reign is a junior who enjoys music and everything surrounding it, he even wants to be a music teacher in the future. He is in the DHS band on alto saxophone and in DHS Honors choir. He was in crew last year for The Addams Family, but this is his first ever musical where he is acting. He would like to thank his friends and family, the DPS music department, the musical staff, and of course, his future service dog Storm.

Aidan is a sophomore this year. Pippin is his 7th show. For fun, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, and playing video games. He would like to thank his friends, nicknamed ‘El Cuarto’ and his loving family.

James is a sophomore at Dixon High School and is very excited to be returning to the stage this year. He has previously appeared in Puffs, Addams Family, and Fairy Tale Courtroom. Outside of theater, he is involved in the band and choir programs as well as scholastic bowl and math team. In the future, he plans to attend a 4-year university and possibly pursue a career in music or mathematics. He would like to thank his family, his friends, and his amazing girlfriend Anne.

Ary has been in theater since her freshman year. Her favorite performances she's been in are Pippin, Puffs, and Descendants. Ary would like to thank her mom, stepdad, and grandparents for getting her to where she is today.

Drew was born and raised in Dixon Illinois. He is currently a sophomore in high school and 16 years of age. This year he participating in the high school track team and musical.

Brett has done theater for many years. A few of his favorite shows were Puffs, Ax of Murder, and Descendants. He participates in Key Club and Penguin Project. He would like to thank his family, friends, and his girlfriend Grace.

Adalyn is someone who has recently joined theater and has already learned to love it. She is also in choir. Adalyn is always willing to put more into theater and has said many times that theater has become her second family. She has been in Puffs as assistant stage manager and house manager.

This is Kai’s first show at DHS. He is very excited and would like to thank his friends and choir teacher for peer pressuring him into auditioning.

MyKaylah is currently a senior who is involved in Choir, Madrigals, and cheerleading. She loves reading and writing, and enjoys spending time with her close friends. Pippin is MyKaylah’s first musical she has been a part of at the high school, and she is very excited for everything new this experience will bring to her senior year!

Aly Krueger is a freshman at DHS. In the past, she has been in School House Rock! Live Jr, Chitty Bang Jr, and Puffs. She enjoys playing music, softball, reading and gardening.

Micah is a senior at DHS. After high school he hopes to go to the University of DePaul in Chicago to study journalism and creative writing. His ultimate goal is to publish a book, and he has many drafts and scripts in the works. He would like to thank Mrs. Rogers for being there and supporting him. He would also like to thank Cat, Keyun, and Layli for always being there for him. I love you guys!

Laura Lotz is a junior this year at Dixon High School. She is a foreign exchange student from Germany. Unfortunately, Laura is only here for this school year, which is why she wanted to take the opportunity to be part of the musical. In her free time, Laura participates in cheerleading, track and field and Key Club. She always wanted to be involved in theater but they don't have school plays in her home country, so this will be her first show! Laura would like to thank all of her friends and family for encouraging her to do it and supporting her. She will always remember this special year, this show and of course the people.

Anne is excited to be participating in her 2nd musical this year. In the past, her favorite production has been Addams Family. Her favorite musical is Mean Girls. In her spare time Anne enjoys hanging out with friends and other musical activities. Anne would like to thank her family for always supporting her. She would also like to thank her friends, specifically Ava, Grace, Ollie, Molly, and her boyfriend James.

Rachael is a new sophomore at DHS. This is Rachael’s first time being involved in a theater production. In her spare-time she likes to draw and play video games. She would like to thank her mom and sister for always encouraging and supporting her.

Molly is very excited to return to the DHS stage once again. It being her senior year, she is very excited to step into the role of Fastrada. In her spare-time she participates in choir and group interpretation.

This will be Caleb's first Musical and he is very excited for the experience. His only show was Puffs last semester and hopes to continue on doing more shows. Caleb plans to go to Sauk Valley Community college after Highschool. Caleb would like to give a special thanks to My mom, My Stepdad, My family, and this amazing cast.

Olivia is a Junior this year at Dixon High School and they are excited to be returning to the stage for their eighth show. Their favorite roles include Pugsley in Addams family and Coraline in Coraline. When not on the stage, they participate in band, honors choir, Penguin Project, and teaching karate as a sensei. Olivia hopes to pursue a career in either stage or television acting. They would like to thank their friends Anne, Falan, Molly, Chris, and their brother Nathaniel for being so supportive in their rocky journey through high school.

Ava is a junior this year. She has been in 11 shows, this being her 12th. Her favorite show she has been in is "Mamma Mia!" her freshman year, and "Guys and Dolls" in 8th grade. In her free time, she likes to paint, play piano and hang out with her friends. Ava also likes to help with the junior shows backstage and has recently helped with Shrek Jr. Special thanks to her mom, dad and her friends Ashlyn, Anne, Grace, and Layli.

Aidan Price is a senior who plays Lewis in Pippin. He has previously been in shows like Fairytale Courtroom as The Prince, Addams Family as Mal, and Puffs as Voldy. Aidan plans to hopefully go to University of California Berkley for Environmental Engineering. Aidan wants to give a special thanks to his family, his friends, Sahid, Gavin, and Pete, and his amazing girlfriend Olivia.

Falan is a junior at DHS. She has participated in a total of 9 productions. Her favorites being pig # 1 in Fairytale Courtroom, and The Other Mother in Coraline. When Falan graduates she aspires to be a voice actor. She would like to give a big thanks to all of her directors and theater family. She would also like to thank her father and Sam for being her biggest supporters.

Grace is a junior this year and has been in 16 shows such as, Fairytale Courtroom as the D.A., Addams Family as Alice, and She Kills Monsters as Vera at DSL. She also participates in Dance Team, Penguin Project of the Sauk Valley, Community Engagement Committee, Group Interpretation, and madrigals. Grace loves to spend time with her friends, Anne, Ava, Layli, and her boyfriend Brett. She would like to give a special thanks to the directors for making the environment a positive place.

Teagan has been involved in the theater department since middle school, participating in shows ranging from Lion King to Mama Mia. This will be Teagan’s third show at DHS. She would like to thank her family and friends for encouraging her to get involved in theater and she hopes to continue her involvement after she graduates.

Layli is doing her second show at DHS theater, but has been in 11 shows overall. Her favorite role she has played is Aladdin Jr. as Kassim. in her free time, Layli enjoys choir and penguin projects. Thanks to mom, dad, and Mardi for helping her get this far.

This is Zoey’s second musical through DHS but she has participated in two other shows through the penguin project of Saul valley as well. She enjoys singing with honors choir and cannot thank them enough for their support and encouragement. Z would like to thank everyone in the choir and theater program who got her into theater and continue to build an amazing community in the arts. She also thanks her parents and grandparents for always supporting what she does and encouraging her to do bigger and better things.

Christopher is a junior this year. He has been a part of 20 theater productions, his favorites being Coraline the GI, Come from Away the GI, and Fairytale Courtroom. When not doing theater, Christopher takes part in Scholastic Bowl, Computer Club, Drone Club, Disc Golf, and GI. He would like to thank his friends and the directors.

Sophia is a freshman at DHS this year. This is her 5th show, some of the other shows she has appeared in are Moana Jr, Aladdin Jr, School House Rock Jr, and Puffs. Outside of theater Sophia participates in basketball, softball, Key Club, and Student Council. After high school, Sophia would like to attend a four-year university and play basketball.

Teyla is a senior at DHS and this is her tenth show on the DHS stage. Outside of theater, she is an active member of Key Club, Co-President of the Student Council, and is also involved in cross country and track. After high school, she plans on attending a four-year university to study Business and run cross country and track. She would like to give a special thank you to her family, her track team, and her awesome boyfriend Dawson.

Owen Winters is excited to return to the DHS stage as Pippin. Previously, he has been seen as Sky in “Mamma Mia” and Lucas in “Addams Family”. While not onstage, Owen enjoys making music, learning new things, and hanging out with friends. Owen would like to give thanks to his parents and friends who support him through everything.

Tyler is a Junior this year at Dixon High School. This is Tyler's 17th musical that he has performed in. Some of his favorite and past roles have included Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls, Bert in Mary Poppins, Captain Hook in Peter Pan, Mufasa in Lion King, Kristoff in Frozen, Troy Bolton in High School Musical, Bill in Mamma Mia, Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast, and Uncle Fester in The Addams Family. In his free time, Tyler plays football, hockey, and participates in track. Tyler is also involved in Student Council, Key Club, and is the Junior Class President. Tyler plans to attend a four-year college and study engineering. Tyler would like to give a shout out to his family, friends, coaches, and staff that have believed in him all these years. Thanks to their support, he has been able to keep his head on straight.
