Aladdin Jr. Creative
Director
Gabi Cranga '17 Gabi Cranga, ‘17 (Director) is still in disbelief that she is staging her 5th theatrical production at Delone Catholic. It felt like yesterday when she was performing on the same stage, but as a student! Coming back as an alumna and a director has been an absolute blessing for Gabi. She embarked on this journey with her directorial debut of "Bethel Park Falls," a modern straight show that questioned the meaning of life and the value of relationships from a modest park bench. This show was suitable for the time as students rehearsed it from a socially distant set, with masks on up until show week. This first experience made Gabi realize and appreciate the talent and dedication of Delone Catholic’s drama students. From then to now, she has directed "Clue," "Romeo and Juliet," and most recently "You Can’t Take It with You" this past Fall. Each show has brought new joys and challenges, each culminating in the growth of community among actors and technicians alike, Gabi’s most important goal for this program. She hopes you enjoy "Aladdin, Jr!"
