The Little Mermaid Jr. Cast

Rayyan Ali has been in theater for 4 years, but this is first musical. He is a freshman in the Center for Information Technology. Rayyan also is passionate about chess and scouting. His biggest supporter is his older brother at Virginia Tech. He hopes you enjoy the show!!

This is Aurora's first production at DRHS, she hopes you enjoy the show!

Campbell is so excited to be playing Ursula in this years production of the Little Mermaid, Jr.! She recently worked on Beauty and the Beast (Singing Wardrobe) and Ghostlight (Mogpin) with Deep Run. When she's not on stage, Campbell loves to sing, bake, and spend time with her wonderful family. Special thanks to the amazing cast, crew, and adults who helped put this show together!

This is Serafina’s third production at Deep Run. She enjoys performing with her friends and making new memories. She looks forward to many more.

Venus is beyond thrilled to have Little Mermaid Jr. be their first theater production at Deep Run! They would like to thank their family, especially their sister, for encouraging them to take part in this musical and the cast/crew for being the supportive people that they are. As a sophomore, they have started to pick up extracurriculars such as fencing (and now acting) on top of playing the electric guitar and ukulele. They hope you enjoy being under the sea!

Zoe Garner has been in every Out of the Woods production since her freshman year at Deep Run. She is very proud of all the hard work that has gone into the show, and gives special appreciation to all of the crew members.

I have performed in 14 musical & plays combined and this is one of my favorites! Along with acting I also like to hang out with my friends, bake and draw.

As hard as it may be to believe, Ilana Gulkarov is a senior this year. That means that The Little Mermaid Jr. is her second and last musical in DRHS, with the first being The Beauty and the Beast. She loves ice skating, baking, reading, and crocheting, along with eating good food.

Riley is a sophomore here at Deep Run. This is her fourth musical, and second musical at Deep Run. She is ecstatic to be a part of the Little Mermaid jr. and hopes everyone enjoys the show (and laughs at the seagulls)!

Shaimaya is a Junior and a new student at Deep Run. This is her first show at Deep Run and hopes to do more in the near future.

Laila has done 2 productions and hopes to do many more, she hopes you enjoy the musical!

Maitreyee Karnik is a senior here at Deep Run. She has been a apart of shows ever since her freshman year of high school. In freshman year she was a part of the ensemble in the play Trap. In her sophomore year she played Little Red Ridding hood in the musical Into the Woods. Her Jr. Year she played Babette in the Disney musical Beauty and the Beast. And Finally as a senior for her last year she is playing the lead of Ariel in The Little Mermaid.

Isabel is a sophomore and is so glad to be back on stage. They love to dance and "The Little Mermaid" is one of their favorite movies!

Calista is a junior. This is her fifth production at Deep Run. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Christian (CJ) Menck is an 11th grader at Deep Run High School. He just started acting this year, and in his free time he enjoys baking, singing, and making art. CJ is so grateful for all the people who helped him become his best self and actor, and he hopes you have a wonderful time watching the show!

Eric has been in theater for only 2 years and was the star role in "Beauty and the Beast". It was great. He just wants to have fun with people he's known for such a long time. He went to Short Pump and before that he lived in Washington D.C. He is trying to get the directors award for Chorus and will work hard to get it.

Isabella Paperman is a Freshman at Deep Run High School. She has been been participating in theater since 7th grade. Isabella doesn't know what else to write besides that she hopes you enjoy the show!!!!

Hey there! Will is so thankful that you have come to watch him! This is his second show, and his first musical! He is loving theater and is ready for another year of great times in acting!

This is Shelly Purser's third show at Deep Run, and she's thrilled to be here! She's been so grateful for the passion and community this show's given her and the wonderful experiences she will continue to carry. She hopes you enjoy the show as much as she does :)

Cate is a senior at Deep Run and has been in theater since junior year. This is her first musical with Deep Run, and she’s excited to perform for you. She’s proud to be part of this production, and hopes you enjoy! (Note from Cate: congratulations are accepted in form of Candygrams.)

Leyton Schwartz has been in 2 productions, this being his second. He loves theater and art, and loves spending time with his friends in theater. He's always been creative and wants to share his creativity with other people.

Sasha is thrilled to be returning to the stage for her sophomore year! Her favorite roles include Nala in the Lion King Jr. and Kelvin in Ghostlight. Her hobbies include singing, painting, and reading. Special thanks to her family and her sister for supporting her! Enjoy the show!
