Dance for Life Suicide Prevention & Good Mental Health
What is Goal of Dance for Life? Our mission is to raise awareness, find solutions and elevate mental health in our communities through dance and the performing arts in hopes to reduce suicide rates locally and nationally by implementing Dance for Life Programs focused on developing self-esteem & confidence, discovering talents, incorporating anti-bullying & coping platforms, dance therapy workshops, providing opportunities to less-privileged children, scholarship opportunities, socialization & friendship building in partnership with suicide prevention advocate organizations and local governments so no precious soul reaches the point of no return. We focus on prevention before the 911 call is reached.
