Dougie Robbins
Dougie Robbins (AEA) is a Director, choreographer, actor and educator. He has a deep love for theater and dance in all of its forms and has been fortunate to perform and direct many different kinds of musicals and plays. When not working on theatrical productions he creates dance through his company DPRdance, a theatrical jazz company born out of his time reviving and preserving the Jack Cole technique and repertoire with Chet Walker. As an educator he has taught at Broadway Dance Center, as a faculty member in the SUNY Cortland BFA Musical Theater program, and internationally in Taipei, Taiwan. Guiding Flight Risk onto the tarmac has been an incredible privilege, thank you to Dakota, the cast, and the design team for your generosity.

Playwright
Dakota Silvey
Dakota Silvey is a playwright, wildland firefighter, and USAF veteran. He recently won the 15 Minutes of Frame 1 Act Festival at the Gene Frankel. His 1 Act, INTERMISSION PLAY, received second place in the VetRep 1 Act Script Competition and will be making its premiere in their upcoming season. His full-length, WILDFIRE was selected as Semi-Finalist in Adam Driver’s AITAF Bridge Award competition (head judge Paula Vogel) He is a member of the Cut Edge Collective's '24 Playwriting cohort and he is pursuing an M.F.A. in Playwriting at the Actor's Studio Drama School. dakotasilvey.com

Gilbert "Lucky" Pearto
Founder of Lucky’s Lighting Inc. Some of his recent credits Include: United Nations International Schools, Shrek : The Musical; Gallery Players Cat on A Hot Tin Roof; Narrows Community Theater Production Elf, the Musical;. Although, mainly a Lighting Designer, he also dabbles as a Producer now-a-days as he creates events so all types of artists can emit their creativity. He is very pleased to be a part of this production and its success and endeavors.

Luis Antonio Guzmán Galdos
Luis Antonio is thrilled to be making his New York Debut with Flight Risk. He is currently a senior at Florida Southern College pursuing a double major BFA Musical Theatre and Technical Theatre with a concentration in sound design from Lima, Peru. CREDITS: Sound Designer/A1 for Tibbits Opera House 2023 Summer Season, Sound Designer/A1 (Urinetown; Florida Southern College), and Sound Designer/A1 and Peter Quince (Something Rotten; Florida Southern College). AWARDS: Broadway World Michigan Award for Best Sound Designer for The Little Mermaid.

Projection Design
Rachel Shatzkin
Rachel Shatzkin (she/her) is a Senior at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, specializing in Production & Design with a deep passion for bringing theatrical experiences to life through lighting and projection. Her past experience as a working lighting designer and programmer include several NYU Tisch works as well as industry work with the Philippine Heritage Center, New York Theater Festival, and producer Rob Morean in his 2023 production Raise Your Voice: A Cabaret For a Cure featuring broadway stars in a spectacle whose proceeds supported the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. From her past role as Projection Design Intern under the mentorship of Lisa Renkel, Rachel has contributed to major theatrical productions such as Broadway Bares - XXX produced by the Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids Organization as well as the performance of Dom Juan at Bard Summerscape. She is thrilled to be part of the Flight Risk team, whose passion is contagious.

Sameen Hashemian is a multi-disciplinary designer, specializing in graphic design. Upon receiving a BFA from Parsons The New School for Design, she has worked with brands and companies such as the United Nations, Delta, NBA, NFL, Skims by Kim, NHL, BMW, Kraft Heinz, and NBCU.
