Stage Manager
Krisha Doocy-Fuchs
Krisha Doocy-Fuchs grew up around theater and performing, she was in her first show before she was even born. It was a natural transition into theater during highschool and college. Krisha found her place behind the scenes and has been Stage Managing ever since. Krisha moved to Pagosa eight years ago with her husband and two doggies. Since then her family has grown to include a bright and energetic daughter. Krisha's husband is also involved in theater locally as a sound designer. When not behind the stage you can find her camping in the woods with her family and doggies! This is Krisha’s second show with Curtains Up Pagosa, but she hopes it to be the first of many.
Lighting Designer/Technical Producer
Aaron Bishop
Aaron Bishop, a local of the Farmington NM area has been working in professional theatre for the past 10 years. Filling the role as artistic director, technical director, musical director, and performing onstage he quickly found home in the theatre and his lifelong passion within the arts began. During his time as director of the Heather McGaughey Children's, and Teen Voices Theatre productions he had the honor to direct such shows as Into the Woods, Peter Pan Jr, and Annie. After recently serving several years as artistic director for The Polar Express Train Ride for Warner Brothers Inc. in partnership with D&SNGRR, Mr. Bishop found it refreshing to find the hearts behind Curtains Up Pagosa and couldn’t be happier to join the family. Locally, Aarons work has been seen on stage as Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast, Pinnochio (Shrek The Musical), Narrator (The Rocky Horror Show), Caveman Ancestor (Addams Family), Gavin (Footloose), Greaser/Dance Ensemble in Grease, and Lighting Design for 16 additional productions. Outside of theatre Aaron spends his time going on adventures with his best friends Aria & Alto, and Harmony (His Dogs), and his partner Dale.

Music is one of the great joys in my life. I play the violin and have enjoyed playing for Curtains Up shows as well as the High School’s Spring Musicals since moving to Pagosa Springs in 2007. I am a member of the Night Song Trio along with Sally Neel, piano, and Jessica Peterson on flute. I was one of the founding board members of the Pagosa Springs Community Band and served as their president for over 5 years. I also enjoy singing with the Pagosa Springs Community Choir and currently serve on their board. Recently, I have joined the music department at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church. I began playing the violin at age 9 studying privately through school and playing in the Tulsa Jr. Symphony in my high school years. I look forward to judging this year’s Curtains Up February Follies. Let the show begin!
