Roald Dahls Matilda The Musical Cast

Audrey is a Junior who is in Drama 3, and has participated in all of the school's productions since she began High School. Her dream is to be a professional actor, so she deeply thanks Mr. Cornfield for this lead and bringing her another step forward towards her goal.

Khyra is a Junior and has been doing theater for 3 years with Matilda being her third show. She would like to thank her teacher, director, mentor, and all around best friend Mr. Cornfield for doing everything and anything for her and the drama community.

Emma is a Junior who is involved in cheer, Link Crew, and now theater. Matilda will be her first show and she can't be more grateful for such a warm and inviting community.

Eva is a Junior and has been a Varsity player on Cordova's basketball team since Freshman year as well as a member of the chamber ensemble for two years. It is her first time participating in a theater production and is eager to be part of Matilda.

Val is a Junior who recently transferred from Galt High School where she performed and was a main character in three productions. She credits her success to her parents and mentor Jim Nunes.

This is Cassandra's first production at Cordova. She is a freshmen and is currently taking Chamber Ensemble with Ms. Serrano. Cassandra is a part of cross country and track and field and spends her weekends volunteering at Summerset Senior Living and volunteers at city hall on Mondays.

Jade is a Junior and this is her second production at Cordova having appeared in Little Shop of Horrors. Jade has done other performances for choir in elementary and currently is a part of Concert Choir here at Cordova. She enjoys digital art and singing and hopes to continue to work on these talents. She also hopes to do more performances in the future.

Jaye is a freshman and first year drama student who enjoys music and literature. He is very excited to be in his first production at Cordova and ready for the experience to be gained from participating.

Ruby is a Sophomore. She was in the tech crew for Puffs and Matilda will be her first time performing in a show. Last summer, Ruby attended a field trip with her drama department to New York.

Andrew is a Senior who is in Drama 1 and this will be his first production. His hobbies include board games, spending time with his friends, and watching films. He loves his family, his cat, his girlfriend, and Camp Winton.

Kayla is a sophomore who is 16 and Matilda will be her first production at Cordova. In the future, she hopes to become a professional singer and actress. She is very excited to be in this production because it was a great experience to be on stage and meeting new people.

Elise Farrell is a Sophomore, 15, and this is her first production at Cordova High. Elise enjoys playing softball and wants to pursue her theater career. She hopes to eventually move to New York one day. She is thankful for her family and coaches for encouraging to her to try new things.

Bella is a Senior here at Cordova. Matilda is her second show and her first time as a lead. She is involved in cheer, FFA as chapter president, art, and hula.

Malachi is a Freshmen and Matilda will be his debut show. He enjoys drama and plans to do it for all 4 years of high school. He would like to go to acting school after graduating and enjoys sleeping.

Jackson is a Senior who has been in Mr. Cornfield's Drama class since he started high school. This is his sxith show at Cordova and has competed at The Lenaea festival at the Harris Center. He has also performed Puffs, for the second time, directed by Mark Cornfield at Sutter Street Theater. He would like to thank Mr. Cornfield for this.

Karma is a senior at Cordova and in Drama 3. Karma has performed in three other Cornfield productions, Romeo and Juliet, Midsummer Night's Dream,and Puffs. Outside of school, Karma can be seen as an actress at the local Heart-Stoppers haunted House which she has been with for 7 years.

Hector is a senior and has recently moved here from Las vegas where he performed in six productions such as: Into the Woods Jr and Almost Maine. Hector plans to pursue theatre after graduating.

Dannika is a Sophomore and Matilda will be her second show. This past summer she traveled to NY and saw her first Broadway show. Other than theatre Dannika is interested in cosmetology.
