Little Shop of Horrors Cast

Tre Penna (Seymour)
Tre Penna is a Senior in High School, and he is very excited to be playing Seymour Krelborn. This has been his dream role ever since he started doing Musical Theater in his Sophomore year, and he hopes this performance makes his mom proud, as she did the same show when she was in High School. CECP has shown him how much he loves performing and entertaining crowds. He wants to thank Ms. Hedberg for giving him this opportunity, Mr. Lagergren for expanding his vocal confidence and range, his parents for always supporting everything he does, and his girlfriend Erin for her care and patience towards him. Future Plans: Tre Penna will be attending New Mexico Tech in the Fall with his girlfriend Erin. He plans on auditioning for everything he can and hopes to become an actor in Film/TV one day.
Parker Stiffler (Audrey)
Parker Stiffler, 18, is excited to be playing Audrey in CECDC’s production of Little Shop of Horrors. Parker has performed in many other productions. Some of her favorite roles include Polly Baker (Crazy for You), Viola (Twelfth Night), Niki Harris (Curtains), Hermia (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Belle (Beauty & The Beast), and Rusty (Footloose). In her spare time, Parker enjoys singing and line dancing. In the future, she hopes to pursue theater professionally. She would like to thank her family, cast, Mr. Lagergren and Ms. Hedberg. Future Plans: Next year, Parker will attend Abilene Christian University where she will pursue her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre!
Kenny Robey (Mushnik)
Kenneth “Kenny” Robey is a Junior at Colorado Early Colleges Parker, and he will be playing Mr. Mushnik in Little Shop of Horrors. This is his third show at CEC, and he is very excited to be performing in one of his favorite musicals. After high school, he hopes to pursue a career in the film industry as a director, actor, or critic. He would like to thank his family, his castmates and his friends Hunter and Tre for supporting him during this show.
Ethan Wolfe (Voice of Audrey II)
Ethan Wolfe is excited to be voicing Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors. Ethan is also working as the show’s Production Manager and appreciates the cast’s attention during rehearsal. At CECP, Ethan is the President of Student Council and Young Rotary, and Vice President of National Honor Society. Outside of school, Ethan is a Head Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Parker Recreation Center and enjoys volunteering with his church. Ethan would like to thank everyone who contributed to this show and hopes you enjoy! Future Plans: After he graduates this spring, Ethan will be pursuing a degree in civil engineering at Cedarville University. In the future, he would like to work as an urban planner in international developing communities, sharing the gospel and love of Jesus with others.
Max Brodje (Orin)
Max Brojde is a Freshman at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. He is excited to participate in his second show at CECP and is excited to play the role of Orin. He hopes to pursue a career in theater or movie-making when he is older. He would like to thank his friends and family for putting up with him and not getting annoyed by the constant singing.
Erin Rogers (Urchin)
Erin Rogers is a Senior and will be graduating with her Associate of Arts this May. She is excited to be a part of Little Shop of Horrors this semester. Not only is she acting in it, but she is also a co-choreographer, props master, and building manager of our Audrey II. She wants to extend her thanks to Tre Penna, Haley Meyers, Sydney Grant, Mr. Lagergren, and her parents. Future Plans: Erin is planning on going to New Mexico Tech and focusing on Secondary Education. She will be going down there with her boyfriend Tre.
Kam Brodnax (Urchin)
Kam Brodnax is a Sophomore at Colorado Early Colleges. She has been in plays since first grade and is so excited to be a part of this year's show. She would like to give a special thanks not only to everyone who made this show possible, but to all of the amazing and talented actors, actresses, stage mangers, artists, and technicians who are a part of this wonderful show. She would also like to thank the audience for their attendance!
Sydney Grant (Urchin)
Sydney Grant is a Junior at CEC Inverness. She was in Crazy for You and As You Like It with CEC Parker in the past and had a blast choreographing the show this season. In her free time, Sydney likes woodworking, tutoring math, and baking. She’s enjoyed making new friends and wishes the graduating seniors good luck. She hopes everyone enjoys the show and wants to thank Ms. Hedberg for including other campuses in the theater productions!
Elliot Morse (Orin understudy) (Urchin)
Elliot Morse is a Super Senior at CEC Parker, this is his second performance and musical. Elliot thanks Mr. Lagergren for his support in these past two shows and is super pumped to participate in Little Shop of Horrors.
Ilyse Medellin (Urchin)
Ilyse Medellin is in 11th grade at CECP, and she is one of the Urchins. She has been doing theatre for 8 years. She has been in Alice in Wonderland, Crazy for You, and now this show. She would like to thank her family, and her friends for keeping her energy up and being amazing friends. Both the Cast and Crew put so much time and effort into this play and she really hopes you enjoy it.
Brieya McLean (Urchin)
Brieya McLean is a Freshman at CECP. She has been in three shows with CECDC, and this is her second show acting. She is hoping to become a piano teacher after college and is excited about performing. She thanks her mom for letting her participate in this show.
Gemma Macon (Urchin)
Gemma Macon is a Freshman at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. She has done one play at CEC acting as Celia in As You Like It. She has performed other roles in many other productions including Red Riding Hood (Into the Woods Jr.) and Annie (Annie Jr.). She hopes to become a doctor, and to keep performing. Along with her parents, she would like to thank her friends for helping her practice her lines.
Destiny Duckworth (Urchin)
Destiny Duckworth is a Super Senior, and this will be her last show. She’s been in other shows such as Curtains, 12th Night, and Crazy For You. She is the head of hair and makeup crews for the show, just as she was for As You Like It. She hopes you all enjoy the show! Future Plans: She is going to MSU in the fall.
Mackenzie Malloy (Urchin)
Mackenzie Malloy is a Junior at CECCR, and she is playing an Urchin in Little Shop of Horrors. She has been to countless shows with her dad and grandma. She has two little siblings that are her whole world. She wants to thank her brother Jax for putting up with the constant singing, her mom for getting her to and from theater, and her dad and grandma for giving her the love of theater and music.
Hunter Evans (Patrick Martin)
Hunter Evans is in his Senior year at the Parker campus and has loved theatre since he joined two years ago. Hunter enjoys creating things with his hands, reading, welding, and learning new things. He would like to thank all his amazing friends for the opportunities and experiences that these past couple of years have brought him. Hunter would like to thank Ms. Hedberg once again for all the opportunities so far and his parents for being so supportive. Future Plans: Hunter will graduate from High School this year; he is still finalizing his plans but has set it up so he can hopefully make a sustainable amount of money while also enjoying what he does.
Malakyi Bomgardner (Bernstein)
Malakyi Bomgardner is a Sophomore at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. He is participating in his first show. He is continuing down the path of being an artist and eventually starting his own business. He would like to thank Maryn and his family for putting up with him.
Matthew Wilkenson (Mushnik Understudy) (Snip and Wino #1)
Matthew Wilkenson is in 10th grade, and he has been in 2 performances before. He hopes that in the future he will be able to do more performances. He appreciates the opportunities that he has been given at CEC. He would like to thank his friends and family for always being there to support him even when he gets crazy. He especially wants to thank one friend, who even whenever he’s in trouble, is there for him.
Maylin Brown (Interviewer)
Maylin Brown is a Senior at CEC Parker. She has enjoyed theater for many years and is excited to participate in this semesters’ production of Little Shop of Horrors. She would like to thank her fellow cast members for all their work on the show as well as the tech crew and Ms. Hedberg. After graduation, Maylin plans to pursue a master's degree to become a family and marriage counselor.
Jackson Hedberg (Voice and Wino #2)
Jackson Hedberg is a Freshman at CEC Parker, and after premiering in the theater department with As You Like It, he looks forward to performing in his first musical, as they are one of his favorite types of shows. He’s been to many musicals like Into The Woods, Crazy For You, and his favorite CEC musical, Curtains. Now he’s rising to glory with Little Shop of Horrors. Jackson hopes you all enjoy the show!
Kaitlyn Washburn (Customer #1)
Kaitlyn Washburn is a Junior at CECCR, and this will be her 10th show! Her favorite shows so far have been Curtains, Alice in Wonderland, Addams Family and Twelfth Night. Outside of theatre she enjoys singing, hiking, reading and drawing.
Haley Meyers (Customer #2)
Haley Meyers is 18 and a Senior at Colorado Early Colleges Parker and is playing Customer #2 in Little Shop of Horrors. This is her fifth and final show with CEC. She would like to thank her dad and her favorite person ever, Erin Rogers, for all their help and support. Future Plans: After graduating she will be attending BYU Idaho in the fall.
Serenity Duckworth (Dental Patient)
Serenity Duckworth is a Junior in CEC Parker. This will be the second time she is a part of a CECP theater performance, but this will be her first time in a musical. She will be playing a dental patient in the musical. She hopes you all enjoy the show!
Yashvi Mehta (Dental Patient)
Yashvi Meta is a Freshman at CECP. She has done shows before this, Nightingale and Phantom of the Opera. She chose to do theater because she has always liked acting. She hopes this show will broaden her horizons and improve her talent and she would like to thank her family and friends for their support.
Julie Peters (Dental Patient)
Julie Peters is a Freshman at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. This is her first show at CECP, and she hopes for a degree in History. She would like to thank her mother and sibling for all their support.
Rachel Ragain (Dental Patient)
Rachel Ragain is a Sophomore at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. This is her second show at CEC and can’t wait to perform in many more. After school, she hopes to pursue a job in the forestry service. She would like to thank her big brother for inspiring her to begin performing!
Janie Cahill (Other Customer)
Julie Peters is a Freshman at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. This is her first show at CECP, and she hopes for a degree in History. She would like to thank her mother and sibling for all their support.
Josh Schutte (Other Customer)
Josh Schutte is a Freshman at CEC Parker and is very excited to perform in Little Shop of Horrors this year. His previous shows include Shakespeare’s As You Like It and various one acts, but this is his first musical. Josh would like to thank Ms. Hedberg for the opportunity and looks forward to acting with CEC in the future.
Marlow Steen-Phillips (Other Customer)
Marlo Steen-Phillips is a Sophomore are Colorado Early Colleges Parker. She has performed in musicals such as Crazy for You and she has also been a techie to help out with the plays. She plans on being in the musical Little Shop of Horrors as a customer. She hopes to do good with her role as the customer.
Maryn Hackenburg (Back Up Dancer)
Maryn Hackenburg is a Sophomore at Colorado Early Colleges Parker. This is her first show. She is hoping to be a mechanic for all kinds of vehicles, mostly trucks. She would like to thank her mom for taking her and Malakyi for not killing her.
