You Can't Take It With You Cast

Caleb Neville (Grandpa--Martin Vanderhof)
Caleb Neville (senior) is, as the directors would say, their favorite cast member. (Directors' Note: We don't have favorites. And even if we did, Caleb would not be one of them.) He is very excited to play Grandpa in this production. He has been in multiple other shows including “Mamma Mia”, “Cinderella”, “The Play That Goes Wrong”, and “The Wizard of Oz”. Outside of drama, Caleb runs for cross country and track, does robotics, student council, and NHS. After high school, Caleb is planning on studying computer engineering in college. Caleb hopes you find the show very epic.
Abby Bates (Penelope Sycamore)
Abby Bates (senior) is so excited to be a part of the cast for this year's play. She has been a part of multiple shows over the years, including “Steel Magnolias” as Annelle, “Alice in Wonderland” as the Mock Turtle & Frog Footman, and “The Play That Goes Wrong” as Annie. Abby is also a part of the Crescendo Show Choir, and outside of school, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Abby is undecided on a college, but she plans to study musical performance and musical theater. She is so happy to be a part of this show, and she hopes everyone enjoys it as much as she does!
Gracie Habart (Alice Sycamore)
Gracie Habart (junior) is very excited to be portraying Alice in this year’s fall play! You might recognize her from the “Wizard of Oz” and “Cinderella” ensembles, her role as the Mouse in “Alice in Wonderland”, or from her role as Debra in “Typecast”. Outside of theater, Gracie loves to be involved, and participates in Creative Writing Club, NHS, soccer, and roller derby. After high school, she plans to be a pre-med major in college and really hopes that you have so much fun seeing our school’s production of “You Can’t Take It With You”!
Austin McNeal (Tony Kirby)
Austin McNeal (senior) so excited to be a part of the play this year and play the role of Tony. He was in the musical last year, “The Wizard of Oz”, as the Scarecrow. He is also a part of the cross country team and track team. Austin is also involved in student council and NHS. After high school, Austin plans to attend college and study mechanical engineering. Austin thinks the show should be fire and hopes you enjoy it.
Drew Baltic (Paul Sycamore)
Drew Baltic (junior) can’t wait to be in his first high school play! He was Zeke/Lion in the 2025 “Wizard of Oz”, ensemble in the 2024 “Cinderella”, Santa in a 2019 winter concert, and he was Melton the Snowman in the 2018 production of “Melton the Snowman”. Drew is also in show choir, NHS, SLT, CRU, football, tennis, musical and is in a church group. He is really glad to be a part of the play.
Giuliana Izzo (Essie Carmichael)
Giuliana Izzo (junior) is thrilled to be playing Essie Carmichel in the 2025 fall play! She has been a part of “Alice in Wonderland”, “Cinderella”, “The Play That Goes Wrong”, and “The Wizard of Oz”. Outside of drama club, she is involved in 4-H, National Honors Society, and Student Council. She also serves as treasurer of Junior Fair Board and runs cross country. She finds this year’s play to be exciting, funny, and special, and she hopes you agree!
Bhushan Shivnarine (Ed Carmichael)
Bhushan Shivnarine (sophomore) is thrilled to have a part in this year's play as Ed Carmichael. He worked with the middle school drama club as an 8th grader, playing the part of Tom, the piper’s son in “The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf” and as a crew member in “Charlotte's Web” (he was the guy that handed the words to Charlotte). He also participates in the Cloverleaf marching band, wind ensemble, jazz band, pep band, indoor percussion, and a kazoo band on the side. He is very proud to have a role as a sophomore and hopes our performance blows you away.
Ethan DeCoster (Mr. Anthony Kirby)
Ethan DeCoster (senior) is glad to be part of the cast this year for the fall play. You may have seen him in previous roles like the titular Wizard of Oz, as well as the understudy for the Prince, in “Cinderella”. He is also on the swim team for the 4th year. After high school, Ethan has not decided on a particular college, but is planning on enrolling in a science and engineering-focused career. He had had a wonderful time in drama and has enjoyed his time preparing for the role and spending time with the cast and crew. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Maclaine Bell (Mrs. Miriam Kirby)
Maclaine Bell (junior) is so excited to be back on stage at CHS this year. She is playing Mrs.Kirby, and previously at CHS she has been in two one act plays, a fall play, and two musicals. Outside of drama club she is on the golf team and a part of NHS. She hopes you find this show as amazing and funny as she does!
Antonio Ortega (Boris Kolenkhov)
Antonio Ortega (junior) is excited to be part of “You Can’t Take It With You” this year. Antonio has been in only one other show, which was “The Wizard of OZ”. Outside of theater, Antonio participates in cross country and track, where he enjoys pushing his limits and competing with his team. Antonio is also an active member of Key Club, dedicating time to community service projects. He has loved being part of this production and hopes you enjoy the show as much as he's enjoyed bringing it to life!
Logan Hein (Mr. DePinna)
Logan Hein (junior) is very excited for this show. He has been in a couple of performances such as “Cinderella”, “Alice in Wonderland”, “The Play That Goes Wrong”, and “The Wizard of Oz”. He participates in bowling, karate, baseball, drama club, and much more. This is his third time being casted in the play, and he looks forward to the final product of “You Can’t Take It With You”.
Lillian Seeley (Rheba)
Lilly Seeley (junior) is stoked to get the opportunity to play the role of Rheba in the play “You Can’t Take it With You”. She has been in one other show here at Cloverleaf, which was the 2025 spring musical, “The Wizard of Oz”. Outside of drama club, Lilly is involved in D.A.R.E. mentoring, Key Club, NHS, and show choir. She hopes everyone enjoys the play as much as she does!
Mason Clapp (Donald)
Mason Clapp (junior) is excited to be in the play this year. He was also in the “Wizard of Oz” musical last spring. Besides the play, he also does cross country and track.
Rylee Burkhart (Grand Duchess Olga Katrina)
Rylee Burkhart (junior) is very excited to be a part of the play this year! She may be a familiar face because she was a part of “The Play that Goes Wrong” as Rachel and “Alice in Wonderland” as one of the cards. When she is not participating in drama club, she enjoys reading, writing, and creating all different types of 2D and 3D art. This is her third time participating in the fall play, and she hopes you have a wonderful time watching the show! Best of luck to the cast and crew!
McKayla Bergman (Henderson)
McKayla Bergman (junior) is excited to be part of the cast of “You Can’t Take it With You” in the role of Henderson. McKayla has been a part of many Cloverleaf productions such as “Alice in Wonderland”, “Cinderella”, and “The Wizard of Oz”! Along with drama, she also is a part of the tennis team, creative writing, and SHUDDLE. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Taylor Thur (Gay Wellington (Wed./Fri.))
Taylor Thur (junior) is really looking forward to being in this year’s play in the role Gay Wellington. She was a part of the ensemble in last year’s musical, “The Wizard of Oz”. When she’s not on the stage, she is pole vaulting for track and field and participating in Medina County 4-H. She thinks this play will be super funny and hopes you enjoy it!
Anya Parsons (Gay Wellington (Thurs.))
Anya Parsons (sophomore) is beaming with excitement for her role in “You Can’t Take It With You”, as Gay Wellington. This is her second appearance on the Cloverleaf stage, the first being “The Wizard of Oz”. Outside of the Drama Club, Anya is in the Cloverleaf choir, marching band, and Key Club.
Alyson Croft (FBI Agent)
Alyson Croft (senior) is very excited to play an FBI agent in this year’s fall play! She has never been in any shows, so this will be her first. Alyson is also involved in softball, NHS, student leadership, and student council! After high school, Alyson plans to play softball in college and study criminal justice and psychology. She also hopes you enjoy the show!
Drew Firebaugh (FBI Agent)
Drew Firebaugh (junior) is excited to be in the fall play this year as one of the G men. This is Drew's first ever play, and he is very excited. Outside of Drama Club, Drew wrestles, plays tennis, and plays baseball. Drew is also involved in National Honor Society, 4-H, Medina County Junior Fairboard, and Medina County Leadership. Drew hopes you will enjoy the show.
Clay Gucker (FBI Agent)
Clay Gucker (sophomore) is excited to be an FBI Agent this year. He was part of the ensemble for the Wizard of Oz last year and is excited to be a part of the play this year. Clay is also a part of the cross country team, basketball team, and the track and field team. He has really enjoyed being a part of this play and hopes you enjoy the show.
Noah Mion (FBI Agent)
Noah Mion (junior) is excited to be a part of the fall play of 2025. He has never been in a show before, but is proud to be a part of “You Can’t Take It With You”. Noah is part of the cross country team and the track team. He has a goal to be in the musical this spring. He thinks this play is epic and very 6-7!
Caroline Sitko (FBI Agent)
Caroline Sitko (senior) is excited to be a part of the fall play this year. This is her first year ever taking on a role in a play, and she is so happy to be able to take on this new opportunity. Outside of theater, Caroline is involved in varsity softball, student council, class officers, NHS, DARE, being the mascot, and volunteering throughout the community. After high school, she plans on going to college to study nursing, or pursue cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute. She is really excited to see how this play unfolds, and she hopes you are too.
