All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

Can’t make a performance? Exchange your tickets. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges must be made at least one business day before your regularly-scheduled performance. Day-of-performance or weekend exchanges are not possible. If a ticket was purchased through a third-party site, the patron must contact that third party retailer directly to pursue an exchange for a performance. To exchange your ticket follow the instructions below. Single ticket exchanges will be charged a $5 per ticket exchange fee. TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS BY EMAIL: Email us at [email protected], We answer emails Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:00pm. Please attach your original Order Confirmation email, or another digital copy of your order, and note your desired section, row and seat (pending availability). If your email address is on file you will receive an Exchange Confirmation email within 24hrs. Show your new Confirmation email to the Ushers (printed or on your mobile device) starting 30 minutes before the scheduled performance. If you need a reprint please visit the Box Office starting 1 hour before the scheduled performance. TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS BY PHONE: Have your tickets in hand and call 303.772.1335, Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:00pm. If your email address is on file you will receive an Exchange Confirmation email within 24hrs. Show your new Confirmation email to the Ushers (printed or on your mobile device) starting 30 minutes before the scheduled performance. If you are unable to use your tickets and are unwilling or unable to exchange them, you may donate your tickets back to Centennial State Ballet as a tax-deductible donation in the amount paid for the tickets. Ticket donations must be requested up to 24-hours before show time. Acknowledgement of the donation will be sent to the donating ticket holder within two weeks of the donation date for their tax purposes. REFUNDS: Centennial State Ballet offers refunds only in the event of a performance cancellation and does not refund any service or handling fees. We will not be liable for any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
