Bob Sheehan is honored by the opportunity to give voice to those who have fought for our freedoms. Bob thanks his fellow actors, Director Aaron Washington, and the Center for the opportunity to participate. Special thanks to Bob’s acting teacher. Hopefully the film lifts the audience to a special Veteran’s Day observance.
Ann Lehman (Grandmother)
Born and raised in the Detroit area (go Lions!), Ann started acting in high school. Moving to Colorado she honed her skills in community theater in such projects as Sweet Charity, Nunsense, Secret Garden and Oklahoma. After a brief stint in St Louis where she was in Titanic, the Musical, she moved to Tampa in 2003. She has been involved with Carrollwood Players ever since. This is her first experience with the Cultural Center, hopefully not her last. Thank you Aaron for the opportunity and to veterans for your service.
Mackley Fogarty (Vietnam Veteran)
Zachary Trenkle (Student One)
Zach is a 16 year old Sophomore thespian at Wesley Chapel High School. He plays Trumpet in this and in band. He is also in a production of A Christmas Carol where he plays the role of Fezziwig, it is in person on December 4th-19th. Happy Veterans Day! We will remember!
Bianca Siqueira (Student Two)
Bianca Siqueira is proud to perform with MAS Theater for the first time and is thrilled to be joining Ovation. She started performing when she was 7 years old, having performed in multiple productions with the Missoula Theater among others. She is a proud Thespian, representing Pine View Middle School for the third consecutive year.
Mia Bella (Student Three)
Mia Anabela, Bjeljac was born in Orlando, FL on January 9, 2009. She began dancing ballet at age 3 and soon fell in love with performing on stage. The next few years she traveled throughout Florida state, with the Dance Company, and was approached by a Casting Director, who recognized Mia's talents and offered representation. Soon after she was cast in commercials, modeling for children's clothing, was cast in a few movie projects and is very active in Theater while attending Performing Arts School.
Oscar Brown (Student Four)
Oscar is making his debut at MAS Theatre. Favorite roles include Lord Capitulate in Seussification of Romeo and Juliet and Crutchie in Newsies. Oscar plays keyboard for a band called Better Than Before and also plays the flute. He is excited to join Ovation and would like to send a shout-out to his new friends.
Kayla Braxton (Student Five)
About 12 years old, loves acting, performing, singing, drawing, fashion/make-up design. Very outgoing and energetic, grew up as a military child and speaks fluent English and German. Industry Experience Many roles in child/adult musicals since age 5. Talent shows (singing). Quarter finalist in The Voice Kids Germany 2018. Main character in a feature, independent film produced on Guam in 2016. Kiddy Contest Austria 2019 participant

YSELA WILLIAMS is making her Second Act. Ysela is an intriguing contemporary artist. She has captivated the stage with her singing and acting prowess in several stage plays and film productions. When Ysela is not singing or performing, you can find this educator creatively teaching communication skills to language impaired students. Ysela studies with The Actor’s Group Orlando, Florida.
