Head Over Heels Cast

Elliott Horwitz has been performing in Musical Theatre since he was 9 years old. He's a Junior, and Head Over Heels will be his fifth live engagement with the Buchholz Players. Other selected theatre credits include The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Bye Bye Birdie, BYKLYN and A Chorus Line. Elliott is grateful to have a large and talented supporting cast of friends in his life (y'all know who you are). special thanks to my mom, brother, grandparents, cast and crew for your constant support.

Mia is a Sophomore at BHS, and she is thrilled to be playing Gynecia in this year’s production of Head Over Heels. Mia has loved performing since middle school. Some of her favorite previous roles include Val in A Chorus Line (BHS), Will Scarlet in Marian (BHS), and Annie in Annie (GCP). She would like to thank all of the cast and crew for making this show possible. Enjoy the show!

Madeline has been doing shows with Buchholz for the last six years, and she is so excited to end her BHS drama journey with this show. Maddie wants to thank the amazing cast and crew for putting this show together as well as her friends and family for their constant support. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Madelyn is so ecstatic to be apart of the head over heels cast! She is grateful to be apart of such a great cast. Madelyn has been involved in theatre since 6th grade and has been in love with it ever since. Some of her favorite roles include; Cassie (A Chorus Line), Faith (BKLYN), and Kim (Bye Bye Birdie). Alex is a Junior at Buchholz High School. He has most recently been onstage as Paul San Marco in Buchholz Drama’s production of A Chorus Line. Alex would like to dedicate this performance, as always, to his Grandma Sandy.

Jenny is a junior this year and she is beyond excited to be a part of Head Over Heels as her third stage production at Buchholz. She was previously an ensemble member in Bye Bye Birdie spring of 2020, as well as Bebe in A Chorus Line in February. This is her first lead role and she can’t wait to see this amazing show unravel!

Xavier is excited to enter his fourth show of this season with BHS. Xavier is a varsity athlete and aspiring mechanical engineer for engine development. He’d like to thank his family for their support. May Red Bull Racing win the WDC.

Anna has performed in Little Women and Fairytale Misfits at HSP. She was also a part of the Star Center production of All Together now. Anna is a freshman in the entrepreneurship program and played Connie in A Chorus Line. She would like to thank her family, the cast, and the crew for making the show possible

Alex is a senior and just joined drama. Alex will attend Santa Fe College once out of High School.

Amelia is a junior and has been in the drama department since Freshman year. She has been in other shows including a Chorus Line, Marian, War of the Worlds, Bye Bye Birdie, and In Session. She is very proud of this amazing cast and how much work we have all put into this show. She hopes you enjoy it!

Chris is a sophomore, and has been active in the drama department since freshman year. He is ecstatic to be a part of the cast of Head over Heels. Prior roles include Ensemble (Marian and the True tales of Robin) and Partial Ensemble (Chours line). Chris will be attending the Florida State Theater Festival in the Spring.

Jasmine is a sophomore and has been part of Drama Club for 2 years now. Roles she has done in the past are “Liz” (Stand Up to Bullying), “Blanket Lady” (Rent), “Martha Cox” (High School Musical), and “Fairy Fork Mother” (Dear Edwina). She is excited to be a part of this amazing production and the more to come!

Kaitlyn is a sophmore and this is her second show. She is very excited to perform her first musical on the Buchholz stage. She previously showed in small one acts and A Chorus Line. She will continue to perform in Buchholz drama in the future.

Karina is a senior and has been active in the theatre program since freshman year. She is excited to be in her 3rd Buchholz show. She previously has been in Bye bye birdie as adult ensemble and A chorus line as ensemble. Karina plans on going to Santa Fe in the fall.

Kaylee is excited to be performing in her second Buchholz production as an ensemble member. She has 12 years of dance experience with Cameron Dancecenter, and enjoyed her role in A Chorus Line as Lori's swing and a member of the full ensemble. She looks forward to getting more involved with Buchholz Drama.

Lumi is a sophomore in the theater program at Buchholz. This is their first performance, and they are pleased to be in this show.

Millie is a freshman at Buchholz and is very excited to be a part of Head Over Heels. This is her third Buchholz production, former roles being Maggie (A Chorus Line), and an assortment of characters from the one act The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon. Millie looks forward to being in more productions with Buchholz in the future.

Riley is currently attending Buchholz High school as a sophomore. He has been active in theater ever since he can remember, however starting Freshman year going onto sophomore year prior roles include: ensemble (Marian), and Matt (One acts “cmotl”) Riley intends to continue his participation throughout the remainder his of high school experience.

Samantha is thrilled to be inher first Buchholz musical. She's looking forward to joining the BHS theater family.

Annika is a junior at Buchholz. She is thrilled to be a part of yet another Buchholz Drama Musical as a stage manager. She hopes to be a part of more in the future!

Brooke is a senior, and has been apart of the program since her freshman year. This is her final show at Buchholz. She has loved being apart of the program, and working with such an amazing cast.

Jack Sager is a senior and is excited to be apart of his final show at BHS. He wants everyone to have a wonderful run and wishes everyone the best.

Natalie is a senior, this is her 8th and final show in the Buchholz Drama program, and her first time stage managing. She would like to thank her friends and family for all of there support over the past four years, she has loved being apart of this program!
