The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time Cast

Daniel Flora (Christopher Boone) is feeling so cash money to be a part of this show! He has participated and performed in many of the plays here at the high school, his roles including, The police doctor (-Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde-), Prentis (Peter and the Starcatcher), Sam (10 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse) and now Christopher ( Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime). Thank you to Hailey for being rad, and friends and family who helped him run lines.

Ariana Jenkins is a passionate high school student and aspiring actress. Known for her vibrant energy and strong stage presence, Ariana has been involved in acting since she was in middle school. In this play, she takes on the role of Siobhan, bringing a gentle and calm interpretation to the character. Outside of theatre, enjoys reading as much as she can and loves spending time with family and friends outside of school. With dreams of pursuing acting professionally, she is excited to share her love for the arts with her community.

Jackson Luce (Ed) is thrilled to take the stage for his third and final production at BHS. He hopes to bring an emotional depth to the stage that captivates the audience and encourages empathy. In the fall, he will be attending Lake Forest College and studying English on a creative writing track. Tonight’s performance is dedicated to his Grandma Beth

Anna Blahnik (Judy): This will be Anna’s fourth production with Brownsburg High School’s drama department, but her 11th year of acting overall. Along with theatre, Anna is a national karate competitor/coach and a member of the school’s symphony orchestra. After high-school, Anna hopes to minor in theatre at the University of Chicago, along with a minor in French and a major in behavioral neuroscience. Many thanks to her family for supporting her, and her director for working with her.

Zowie 'Zi' Wilson (Mrs. Alexander, Acting Coach) is a senior at BHS and has been featured in many on and off stage roles, such as Baroness and Student Director (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), Jack's Mother (Into the Woods) or recently Directing and Stage Managing the regionals show '10 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse'. She is pursuing Theatre Directing in college at Ball State this upcoming year, and absolutely loves performing. When not doing theatre, she is in both Univoice Varsity choirs at BHS (Starlight and Bel Canto) and works as a math tutor at Mathnasium. She hopes you enjoy this show, as it is full of so many beautiful, wonderful messages about neurodiversity and inclusion. Special shoutout to her family and Mrs. Keeler for giving her the opportunity to grow as an actor and a leader this year!

Tristan is beyond excited to play the role of Reverend Peters and Scene One Policeman in the show the Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. This is Tristan’s second ever show, the first being the role of Childcatcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. In addition to theatre, Tristan has a passion for writing, Irish dancing, and drawing. Tristan believes the Curious Incident is going to wow the audience with the dedicated tech and acting crew.

Alaina Smith- This is her second play. She holds the roles of Ukrainian 2, ensemble, and even Voice 3 in a few parts. Alaina has been in 2 musicals, in choir since 6th grade, does voice lessons outside of school and has performed on stage singing many times. One a talent show and 8 through Westside Music Academy. Thank you to her mom and dad for allowing her all these opportunities to improve her music and acting abilities.

Alexis Lathrop is excited to preform in CIDN as Voice 5/Ensemble. Favorite shows she starred include 10 Ways to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse as Susan and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as Inventor 3/Dancer/Ensemble. Alexis is excited to preform in many more shows including theatre and Starlight. Special thanks to her parents and uncle!

Alanah is so excited about this show and having individual speaking lines. Curious is her third show at BHS, being part of the ensemble in Peter and the Star catcher and chitty chitty bang bang previously. Alanah would like to thank everyone who has supported her in her theater related endeavors, including all her friends who have offered to give her rides. She is so grateful for all of the blessings she has received, and that's no mystery.

Kaleb has done 3 other performances other than Curious. He’s been a pirate, a turkey farmer, an inventor, and a dancer. He plays Roger for this play, who is the divorced boyfriend of Judy, Christopher’s mom. He hopes you enjoy this play and have fun!

Alex is returning to the BHS theatre stage as Mr Wise and Shopkeeper in Curious Incident. He was last on stage with BHS during the fall performance of “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” as Baron Bomburst. When not in theatre you can find Alex in the BHS Choir Department, continuing his musical endeavors through High School. He would like to thank his parents for continuously taking him to all of his rehearsals!

Terran Curtis (Mrs. Shears) has enjoyed every moment of this show! Terran has been doing theatre since she was 5 and been involved in 8 other BHS productions and also is a head of Drama Club. Terran wants to thank everyone in this production for being her home away from home and has loved this production so much! :)

This will be Bella Lentz’s third time participating in a Brownsburg production as the roles of Duty Sergeant and Punk Girl. Her favorite role was Teacher in last year’s production of Peter and the Star-Catcher. She also learned so many valuable things about the art of theatre within the role of ensemble in Into the Woods. Bella enjoys art and being creative, playing guitar, and fashion. She will be involved with the May production of "The 39 Steps" for her Advanced Theatre class, which she urges you to come see! She’d like to thank her wonderful family and costars for providing her with the confidence to live her dreams!

Reed is a freshmen at Brownsburg. He is playing multiple ensemble roles including the Man in the rain, and Man behind counter. Reed was in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and will hopefully be in Little Shop of Horrors. He would like to give thanks to his dad, Mom and Brother for supporting him.

Oliver is playing as The Man With Socks, this is his first production and is very excited to be apart of the theatre community. Oliver would like to thank Mrs. Keeler for this amazing chance!

Hi, my name is Megan Haddock and I am 15 years old. I recently moved to Brownsburg mid August of last year. I’ve always been interested in theatre but I only recently got into it, this is my first show! I couldn’t have done it without my parents, my siblings, friends, and especially Mrs.Keeler. I appreciate you all for coming and hope you enjoy!

Shannon Trace (Station Guard) is 15 years old and a sophmore at BHS. She has been acting since she was five and this is her third highschool show. Art and german are some of her biggest passions outside of theater, as well as spending time with friends and family. She would like to thank her parents and grandfather for always supporting her, and her directors, Pat Hanish, Jeff V.P., and Jamie Keeler for leading her theater journey. Shannon and the whole cast have worked so hard on this show and hope everyone enjoys!

This will be Hunter's Gaines fourth production at brownsburg highschool where he is playing the role Mr. Thompson! Other favorite roles Hunter include, narrator 1 from 10 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse, and ensamble in peter and the starcatcher and chitty chitty bang bang, all directed by his favorite director Mrs. Keeler. Thanks to mom from coming from California for me and brownsburg high school theater director Mrs. Keeler for being such an amazing teacher

This is Aoife Taheny’s first show and she is a part of ensemble. Aoife has been balancing her extracurriculars between theater and Irish dance. Theatre has always been Aoife’s main enjoyment and seeks to gain acting and social experience from this play and has enjoyed every rehearsal!

Wren Danner (Mrs. Gascoyne) is excited to be in yet another production here at BHS. They have enjoyed being in several productions before this, such as Smee in Peter and the Starcatcher, Mother in The Book of Everything, and Boris in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. They hope that everyone watching sees the hard work the entire company has put into this production and hopes you enjoy the show!
